Twitter Update: After nasties the healing started. Then some other cartel members turned on their computers and the healing ended. Nasties are back.

More to come.

Frickin hillarious :D

Oh Fucking Christ. A fucking simple group message that said don't bring forum crap into the cartel group turns it to some fucking forum drama. Grow up people. It was a group message sent to everyone. It doesn't take some damn genious to figure that out. If it applies to anyone then listen to it, if it doesn't, ignore the damn thing. If it angers or offends you, leave the damn group. It isn't that hard.
You quoted my post when you wrote that. It seems you didn't read the post that my post replied to. I'll explain it to you:-

Brenda made it sound as though Jig had no reason to ask the question she asked - like it was nothing to do with Jig. But she left out the fact that Jig, personally, had received an official communication about a problem, which made her curious and so she asked the question. It's very easy to understand when you follow what's being said ;)

Oh good Lord. Jig didn't recieve a personal pm quoting the rules to her. It was an ordinary group message that everyone got. It was no different than getting one that said some changes were being made at the hangout or that someone may be having a party.

That's right - Jig, personally, received a communication about it - as I said - and she wanted to know what it was all about. When Brenda wrote her post, she made it sound as if it had nothing to with Jig. That's what I replied to. It's still there if you want to look.

Thanks for the bump.

/me waves at Rhonda. I think you spoke to me whilst at the Hangout a few days ago, and I totally blanked you before TPing off - comes of trying to do 9 things at the same time and not really paying attention - and I didn't notice until much later.

If it was you, then I apologise, and if not, then please just ignore me and I will go away!!!

Oh good . . . so now we are arguing about whether we should be arguing?????

People, people, people! This is silly! Jig probably shouldn't have started this thread, but it was, at worst, a goofy mistake. And it's all blood under the bridge now anyway: she's apologized (probably, as Phil says, unnecessarily, but there you are).

Can we just all be good with each other now? Hmmmm?

Group hug?????

:D

We should NEVER argue about whether to argue, under any circumstances. I defy all who would dare to oppose me on this point!!!! :D

Thanks Phil. :) Okay I still havent a clue what went on in the Immortal Thread or whatever its called. I think this is too like a family squabble which could turn into a rift. In real these things happen - I have three cousins I have never seen coz of this kinda thing. And that's no joke. I didnt do this on purpose. Whatever you believe. I havent really ever paid attention to Forum Cartel in terms of its application HERE, and just assumed people here could answer me without getting knicker-twisted.

If you really wanna know, well I do think people could lighten up just a little. We come here for a good time. A little irreverence isnt a bad thing. It's not like this is the Skull and Bones Club or even a local Golf Club. What's wrong with some lines posted that fade almost instantly? Who do we reall bother if someone asks a question? And let's get off the accusations and "yousaid-shesaid". It ends up in a defense and offense.

I'm really having to think this whole thing through in my real time since real people are involved - and I dont even really know you except thru this. It's not an empty statement to say I am truly not sure any of this is worthwhile as a means to communicate with anyone. It was meant - for me, at least - to be an anonymous oppportunity to chat and have some cheek. Instead it ends up more serious than a boardroom.

Oh, I get it - this is a classic move. I will explain:

Two people get into a spat in the group. The group leader gets wind of it. Instead of taking those two aside - he uses group think tactics and pulls the entire group into the disagreement by passive aggressively sending out the message that should have be sent to just those involved in a group notice. Those that are aware of the spat 'get it' and giggle in their hands. Those that were not in on the power play are frightened and baffled. And Jig gains the wrath of those in on it by posting about it.

No one is upset that the nasties occurred - they are upset that Jig aired their dirty laundry in public. Jig will never live this down.

Yes, well, some people argue very badly. I think its something to do with the way they were brought up.

Perhaps, but suspect in the way you type, your barn had a couple of horses in it too.

Your insistence on commenting on things you know absolutely nothing about is amazing. Thank you for entertaining ME.

I really should just STFU myself, this doesn't concern me as I am no longer a member of said group anyway. I will stop pandering now. Jig, I should not have called you out like that publically. I pretty much did the same thing I was throttling you for.

Let me assure you, that those are words I have heard on numerous occasions in my real time - it's the "never" that gets the old juices going. And I am crying all the way to the bank. No, people will hate me or avoid me, or ignore me or do something spiteful or nasty but I'll live with it. :)

As I said before 'tis a pity you present as just a kid.
Anyway, it's time for my phone calls and slap. I'm doing the drastic eyes bit today and a really red lippy. Needs a steady hand or I'll look like Biffo the Clown.
