And they also seemed to come on at dinner time. My former husband used to get all flustered and change the channel when one of those commercials came on.

I actually haven't seen one lately. I'm either watching different channels or at a different time of day. Now what I *am* seeing incessantly are commercials for various types of birth control that only has to be taken 3 times a year. Having been a former synchronized swimmer, that particular one is kinda catchy...just tired of it now.

Always loved that commercial. A bit eye-opening to see it referred to as "Retro" considering I saw it when it was "new."

I know it isn't me. I don't post much but I came in here just for a chance at Brenda's panties and to watch Bri's signature image... always waiting for those legs to reach the bottom of the stairs... what will she do with that swinging thinga-ma-bobby when she gets there...

Some people watch TV and others read books for a past time. I like reading the forums others like posting. Some people will look ya in the eye and say what they are thinking and others will throw rotten at your home while you're sleeping.

I'd like to share this honour, not only with my fellow honouree Clarissa, but with ALL of the fine women (and occasional men) on this thread who have demonstrated their lack of a 1st Life, and blatant disregard for the sensibilities of the OP, by posting their cogent and always interesting insights regularly and consistently in this forum. Exactly, AND all the xstreetsl forum folks will be joining as well. I think there will be a clash of personalities, as I can somewhat agree with the OP actually. I've been in SL quite a while and basically just read mostly. After reading this topic I actually decided to start posting. Its kind of humorous to read how some people do in fact just have to comment on every comment people make.

For me I will enjoy seeing some of the xstreetsl forum posters come in and comment on all the comments some of the mentalities the OP mentions here. I can't say I know who they are talking about but can relate to reading many forums on other websites as well that have these types of personalities.

It always ends the same way. Eventually changes take place and new groups of people come in, it usually doesn't take long for a new crowd to realise who are the clucking hens, and who are the actual contributors to a discussion.
