I'm not new to Second Life or to the forums. As long as I have been reading these threads, there is one nagging thing that just bugs the hell out of me, even though it isn't my business or place to say. We are all free to discuss anything we want. I just have to get this off my chest. Sorry.
There are two women on these threads, (of course I can't state the names because of TOS but I feel most will know who I am talking about,) that just really need to get a life. Whether it's a first or second life, I don't know, perhaps both. To me I label them as "busybodies" They have a comment to make in every thread with suggestions, innuendos, assumed expertise, etc. Don't these people work, or clean house, or something to keep them busy?
FYI Initials CL and SR

If you are so busy why do you care? At least they assumedly post under their main, rather than making an alt just to say what they think.

From: Hallie Halsey ...it isn't my business or place to say... Yet you found time to say something and made yourself a busybody in the process. Go figure. Some people enjoy posting in forums and offering insight. Nothing wrong with that. If you have a problem with it, you don't have to read their posts. Either that, or you can return to your life, whatever that may be.

A bit of implied sexism too. I notice both examples cited are women - and labeled Busybodies. How about helpful? I also don't see a single person who posts in EVERY thread or tries to claim they know EVERYthing but the forum name is Resident Answers. Some people try to help out if they can.
I had to roll eyes a bit, at the thought women should be out cleaning their house instead of being here, too.
When men answer posts, or actually have an opinion, they are fine, it's just women, I guess?
Sounds like someone disagreed with something you wrote and you are bitter about it, OP.

Awww com'on. That's just not right. If there weren't people who enjoyed posting and debating and flaming and encouraging and whatever in here daily, then the majority of us who only rarely post would come in here, see maybe a post or two a day and figure the board is dead and never return. I vote for more busybodies!!! Plus when it turns nasty I grab a bag of soft-bakes, a nice glass of milk and giggle.

She/he is talking about me. I've been on the forums for 3 1/2 years which is about 1000 days........my post count is 3200 something. She must be talking about me since that's an average of over three posts a day!!!! Guess we all need some sort of life.........mine is varied. I'm a busybodie, know it all, expert, and I work full time in RL. I want the Simple Life..........

From: Damien1 Thorne We need a poll to guess who these people are. How about to guess who the OP is? ;p (Your poll would be in effect asking people to join in calling others names i.e. "Busybodies."

Actually, we really don't need a poll for that one Clarissa . . . just look up and down the threads to see who has posted the most, especially today since this is when he/she posted the comment. ETA: lol, you posted a lot today C

From: Talarus Luan I'm one of them! *cries* Are you a woman? ETA: Wouldn't that then make you an Ancient Archaean Dragoness or some sort?

From: Kylie Jaxxon Are you a woman? The dragon DID post something about 'parts neatly inside the body' or such, in that Deck Chair thread....hmn.... But on this thread's topic: Let's have a lottery! *gathers stones*

Sounds like someone disagreed with something you wrote and you are bitter about it, OP. I'm reminded of one of those "expose" news reports about how addictive SL is. They singled out a wife and mother who was holding an online affair in SL... As an indicator of how she was "neglecting" her family, they panned past the kitchen sink to show how full it was... (=_=)

If you don't believe me, watch the average tv commercial...LOL. (Dishes, and laundry.) (Oh, and vacuuming too! They are starting to show men cooking, more often, now. If it's a 'manly' dish. hehe) From: Kylie Jaxxon ETA: lol, you posted a lot today C Haha. Yes I know! And before that, I wasn't on for days... I tend to think it's (OP) someone who disagreed with someone who posted a lot today. Guess we'll never know unless they take a shot of courage. Lol.

Well hopefully you find yourself busy enough in RL to never bother us with another one of these posts. Go nag elsewhere to people who actually care. In general all of us are here helping one another or participating in on going conversations, so what the hell does it matter to you? Maybe you need to get a life and stop worrying about the 1st life and 2nd life of forum users who you will never know in RL. Duh.
