As I understand the situation, the OP claims that
- he was banned initially for the activity
- the ban was lifted following a discussion with "a Linden"
- he is now continuing the activity

Following on that, he initiates a thread on the meaning of a phrase apparently used by "a Linden" at the time of the banning and discussion.
It appears that "a Linden" accepts that any problematic activity is entirely outside of SL, despite the TOS condition regarding exporting communications out of SL.

Whether or not this conforms to official Linden corporate interpretation of the situation or is simply the opinion of "a Linden" is unclear.


Whether or not the activity contravenes TOS/CS, it still remains the at the activity :-
1) is plain rude and inconsiderate if the people whose communications are being relayed are unaware of the activity. LL's TOS is not a definition of morality.
2) may be an infringement of copyright

Perhaps the appropriate weapon is a DMCA submission to the party hosting the relay.
If someone's voice conversations are being broadcast without their knowledge or permission, then this should be an infringement.

Perhaps we should be discussing a "reasonable expectation of rights to our performances"?

actually I never said he was a creep (at least I do not think I did, if I did it was not meant that way)

I said what he is doing is creepy

can not say if I think he is a creep or not as I do not know him

however if the personality he has shown in this thread is anything to go by, then yes I would consider him a creep (among other things)

can not say if I think he is a creep or not as I do not know him

this is true, otherwise he would have called me a troll when the voice thing came up.

(just because someone doesn't agree with another person's reasoning, or desires, doesn't make them a troll)

A troll will continue to post in ways to incite others to post in return, to keep the morbid topic going.

(or a troll can be a very pretty lady who just wants to be a troll ;))

which, by contrast, is what has been happening here.
i have more involvement in working on a C# project then to bother replying to "troll" posts from specific individuals who "seem" to enjoy trying to get a "rise" out of me.
my replies have not been consistent in what i say (over and over like some people here) with each other and not misleading.
you can look up the facts in my posts by common law and through the internet.
its quite apparent that some individuals Second Life "experiences" involve this forum more than they involve Second Life itself.

Correct. They haven't been consistent. You started out saying you were pulling a feed from the Vivox server though an HTML connection, implying that it was simply a matter of connecting to the right URL. In fact it seems like you were simply stopping the SL process so you were disconnected from the sim and logged out while the Vivox stream was still playing... which is a cute hack, but not the same thing as it merely being something you can pull in through an HTML connection.

Then you turned around and claimed you weren't doing it, and implied the whole thing was hypothetical, or that you were reporting what someone else was doing. Then you got DOSed, but when asked how someone got your IP to DOS you if you weren't doing it, you posted more jabberwocky about how other smart people can figure something out.

You're just saying whatever sounds good at the time, without making any attempt to keep your story straight, let alone truthful.
