Should they just go ahead and open the General Forum back up?

Every forum that I use reg has an off topic area its needed here. Hopefully it will improve what ppl are complaining the RA place is turning to.

Oh and Phil get a freakin life you are so vicious and spiteful, imo from your posts. We get your point on how you feel but its beyond that now. My unwarranted advice is step away from the key board and breathe maybe that should help. I hate to see someone so worked up.

Its also silly that the forums seem to be less for the people posting to them and reading them than "the hosts" and their indifference.

This is why I'm going elsewhere - nothing but hatred and garbage out of people like you. You DO have SL knowledge that is helpful, but the way you present it, and the way you behave in other posts is so nasty and childish, that nobody wants to read it, so you fail at presenting otherwise valuable information.

You treat Ann like she's a target while you are claiming that it's poor form for people to be treated like targets. You do that with everyone who has the gall to disagree with you, no matter how politely or professionally they do so. You screw it up for everyone. Instead of stating your opinion, presenting your points and backing them up with valid examples, you come in and act like your opinion is the word of God and woe befall anyone who disagrees. You call people idiots, tell them they have half a brain, etc. How weak is that? That's grade school level debate. If you are old enough to be on SL, I refuse to believe that you can't do better.

These forums used to be fun, but since your little clique has started attacking everyone that isn't a member, the forums have gone from fun to dark and angry. You and the other members of your clique have wrecked what was once both a good community and an excellent resource. Thanks for that.

Last I checked this was a public forum, anything posted is everyone's business! If you don't want responses then please conduct your discussion in PM so it reminds between you and whoever's business you want it to be.

You can please yourself what you do, but let me be quite clear. Ann admitted to mocking someone, and she thinks it's alright to do that. Everyone else seems to agree with her - disgraceful. Ann is a shit, but she's not the biggest shit around here - that's reserved for Colette.

And for the record, I *intentionally* started it in this thread, but it's the only time I've done that. On the other occasions, the nastiness was started by other people, as the threads themselves show, and it was those threads that caused this little excursion. So leave your high horses in the stables - they are only good for people with the ability to deceive themselves.

I don't think anyone should leave, not because of a few disgruntled members.

For those who dislike the so called 8 (or now 6?) banter clique people, put them on ignore. For those who want to delete some of the negativity-spewers, do the same. There really aren't that many in either case, and thank God, there are a lot of folks in between who just enjoy coming here to learn, and hopefully help out.

I've actually copy pasted some of the jokes I've read in RA, cause I love to laugh. I've added a couple of people on my list that just rub me the wrong way. If anyone dislikes what I bring to RA, I won't be offended if you add me to your list.

But I ain't going.
