This statement kind of plays into a suspicion I have had for a long time about W-Hat.

Always it seems that some idiot pulls some offensive attack, and it turns out that "they are *not* in W-Hat." In fact W-Hat always comes on these threads and says so.

It seems to me that this is part of the W-Hat initiation.

I say let them post as many racist pictures as they can possibly post. It serves two purposes.

1. They will eventually get themselves banned, thereby making SL that much better for the rest of us.

2. It makes those who may be borderline racists recoil back in horror for fear of being associated with that kind of childishness and ignorance. (Much like when members of KKK speak publically, and people who may have agreed with them on a point or two will rethink their views and wonder, "Do I look that much like a booger-eating-moron when I make racist comments too?" )

Vocal racists are their own worst PR, and probably do more to hurt their 'cause' than any other group possibly could.

you know, i can see using racist themes in an art piece or educational piece that is teaching lessons about human ignorance and the evils of bigotry [Edit: and even then, needs to be used very carefully] ... and I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and assume ignorance before judging them an actively racist prick (ignorance not being an excuse, but is a little less violently offensive because that is someone that can be educated into realizing what is not appropriate or civilized). Of course, my giving people the benefit of the doubt is why katykiwi got furious at me in the thread she decided to bring up again... and I can see both her perspective as well as my own... we both agree on the fundamentals that racism is bad.

BUT in this case, your sarcasm was not obvious, and your avatar appears NOT to be a protest of racism but a glorification of it.

If you, as a Jew, saw the phrase "content Jew" used in a post without explanation and were not mench enough to qiestion it then I would wonder about your belief and knowledge of the history of "your people." His explanation came after, be honest about it.

It is about context. Nolan's context was a direct rebuttal against the concept of "FIC" garbage, putting in in context with endless Nazi connotations put forward by the inventor of the FIC term itself. He flipped the orignal retarded analogy around to debunk it.
