You had me at Rumanian/Russian Jewess.

How do Saturdays, Mondays and every alternate Sunday work for you?

Mondays works for me, but I'd rather you did Monday/Sunday with alternate Saturdays -
unless you wanna be the one to go visit my mom.

Don't worry, someday I'll want to be a hot latin guy, and you'll be the first one I call.

Don't do it, I've heard the operation is a bitch. Though I suppose it is better than going in the other direction, where they cut off your wang instead of giving you one. Whatever you decide, i will support you, and you can borrow my clothes.

Trust me on this one, Ano is quite correct. Though they don't so much cut it off as turn it inside out.

Oh yeah, Panda was telling me about his horror stories with that. It makes his junk slider campaign all the more poignant.

The whole race thing is difficult.

If someone were to call my Dad an "old Indian" I'd probably punch 'em, but my Dad calls himself that all the time.

Living as I do in the UK, I only discovered that the term 'Indian' for what are now called 'native Americans' could be considered offensive. But I think it is preferable to the term 'native American', which doesn't really make sense to me. 90% or more of the US population is native American.

It is a shame that people are so in love with PC that they decide that terms which have been used for many decades or centuries are offensive. The only reason they become offensive it because of the attitudes of some of the people that use them. Eventually the latest PC word will in its term become offensive also, and an even more circuitous expression will take its place.

If we succeeded in getting rid of the attitudes, we wouldn't have to constantly change the words.

Maybe It's because I'm older but I've come to the conclusion that I'd much rather be with an intelligent, funny, kind, happy, honest, hard working being. I don't care if they are fat, skinny, green, black, red, white, blue, purple, have one leg, three legs, antenna's or fur.

I would really only do it for 2 reasons:

1. I want the gender differential of $0.75 an hour.
2. I've always wanted to write my name in the snow.

Wow, so you're upset about a picture you claim to be racist, but then you stereotype other races? Hello kettle.

Am I the only one reading these posts?

Please deal with the matter at hand rather than throwing persnal insults. Your logic is failing on multiple levels...

That's not a point, it's a personal attack. Now, if you want to go ahead and make a point in a totally mature fashion, it would be most welcomed.

Yes this blows XD I had to shift the entire focus of my argument. 0_o Meh, I guess defending a troll for his trolling deeds is never the right way to go when playing the contrarian.

Although I'm not really being a contrarian , IMO, I am generally pissed off at pandastrong Fairplay

Ok, if I may step in here.

This Ol person used images which ARE considered racist in an incendiary fashion, hoping to elicit JUST this type of response. You defending his blatant use of bigoted stereotyping has, perhaps, unfortunately, lumped you into the same category.

Now, I'm Native American, I would be just as upset if he'd posted a pic of a Native American doing some random stereotypical "Injun" act.

I'm not looking to flame the guy, he has as much right to post, what I consider, his racist views, as Panda, or any of the rest of us, has the right to call him on them.

Peace,
Joseph

I'll visit your mum if someone visits mine. I have several days of being small, fair and overweight on offer. It comes with green eyes and massive boobs. First come, first served.

my avatar is a commentary on the view of modern blacks in a white-dominated society OK?!?

i cracked up when i saw it....it's unbelievably sick...so bad that i couldnt imagine a racist doing it...more like a black guy being funny...so i'm not going to pay that any mind....

it wasnt offensive to me, unless of course a racist attitude was behind it...and you really cant see that with a picture.

My step-brothers feel the same way. Their reasoning is that they are "American" as they were born here. So they feel weird having the "African" put in front. And it isn't that they are not interested in their cultural history, quite the opposite. When we talked about it years ago, they asked me how I would feel being called a "Cherokee-Sicilian-American". I did think it would seem weird.

you're right....or better...my roomate is from bermuda, but people call her african-american because she's black....

i find it interesting that when i go to visit my fiance's parents in germany...they call me "that american girl"....funny how they dont have to attatch the "african" yet the people in my own country must....quite bad, really.

...labels zzzzzzzz, we dont need em.

Funny thing is, if we "Native Americans" used our tribal names, no one would recognize them, except by the anglification of the names. We're called Native Americans because we were here before the Europeans arrived. I know, it's a fine distinction, seeing as how everyone born in America is a native American.

The term "Indian", I personally don't have an issue with, it was simply a mistake that gave us that name. Columbus thought he had landed in India, therefore called the natives "Indians".

you're quite right...at one time ...and this is when my parents were growing up, "black" was considered a deragorty term....people perferred to be called colored...

now if someone calls me colored...well, id say id slap em..but thats not true, id probably laugh...who says that now anyway :-))...

except for me, when im making fun of lolly and lone in game.
