Yes. It is also murder to fire bombs at civilians or anyone for that matter. Both sides are committing murder. Israel is much, MUCH better at it.

Over and over again, I heard these words: THEY WERE SHOOTING ROCKETS AT US FROM THIS LOCATION.

What part of THAT doesn't make sense?

The part where you excuse Israel for their part in the slaughter.

I ask you this:

if your neighbor kidnapped your child and then pulled out a gun and started shooting at you from his yard, what are you going to do? The police won't get there soon enough to keep you from getting killed. The gun is big enough to shoot through the walls of your house.

Simply issue every Lebanese civilian a frozen embryo to carry around in his or her pocket! (Preferably an American frozen embryo.)

This issue is pretty simple: the people in charge of Lebanon have said that they intend to push the people of Israel into the Mediterranean. If you said that you intended to kill me, kill my family, and kill everyone I know, and then started lobbing rockets at me, I think I'd have to defend myself.

It wasn't Israel who started shooting first. It wasn't Israel who crossed international boundries to kidnap people. It's completely in Lebanon's power to end this. They simply need to hand back those two men. Until they do, every death on both sides of this war is on their heads.

Second, Israel is recognized by the world as a soverign nation. All your tripe about them illegally occupying others' land is simply crap. As a matter of fact, the land that Israel occupies was already owned by Jews prior to the re-establishment of the nation of Israel. There was no illegal occupation, just a formalization of a nation that already existed. Who the frack do you THINK built Jerusalem?
