There are a bejillion forms of "fucked in the head" playing around in SL. Get rid of them all and SL will only approximately 0 players left.

I stand corrected, and gladly so. I thought the laws were getting quite draconian myself. As much as I am revolted by such things, I don't believe we should play thought police.

Nonetheless, I stand by my statement that people who engage in such things are stupid, if nothing else. It may not be long before such things are illegal, and in a game like SL, where nothing is truly private, you never know when some crazy vigilantes, like those Christian crusaders on TV who are always entrapping men, might come along and trace your IP address and hunt you down in RL.

I didn't realize you weren't an English speaker so let me try to explain what makes a child abuser. There are certain factors that take place at an early age, usually before the age of 4, that predisposes a person to be attracted to an underage child. It really has nothing to do with what they see on the internet or in Second Life. It is part of their personality and is considered to be a personality disorder. Viewing images on Second Life or anywhere else on the internet doesn't cause an otherwise normal adult to suddenly become a child abuser.

Well child abusers are world wide and in Japan we have a very large problem with such people. Manga is so large out here because males inthe most part are so out of touch with women here. Perhaps people ought to educate themselves on the law, psychology, abnormal psych, and the basis of roleplay and the theory behind what is and is not child pornography and is and is not considered an illness.

But that is, perhaps, asking too much.

Hint: Everyone here saying "sick" and "sickness" needs to go see a psych themselves and discuss why they feel qualified to produce medical and legal opinions without training about what is inherently a legal issue.

Me thinks it's a form of projection, but then I only had one psych class, so I'll stop there.
