Huggles to Lexxi-boo.......poor kitty; maybe it won't be so bad this time? I got all geared up for pain, when I went last week, and ended up not so bad; all they did was take an impression, with that messy gluey stuff they use but at least it didn't hurt. I actually fell asleep while waiting for the ebul torturer to arrive. Here's hoping it won't be too bad, Lexxi (get drugs)

No big loss. I'm not sure what it had to do with my virtual date with Montana Man anyway . . .

From: Brenda Connolly Hope all who are ailing are feeling better. I'm going to see Eddie Izzard tomorrow night. When Eddie started out I used to do the graphics for his promo material, well I did it for his manager. His manager worked his balls off for Eddie for 4 or 5 years before he hit stardom, Eddie's mantras were "I'll never do TV" and "I'm a cross dresser and I'll never wear man's clothes on stage" during this period, when Eddie became famous he dumped his manager, who also had been is best friend. But he is funny.

hugs for your Lexxi. I hope it at least goes quickly for you. I've had a root canal before, thankfully it was over very fast so I can remember little.
Brenda: Have fun @ Eddie Izzard. I find him hilarious. I've been noticing he opens his twitter up to comments at every event. Its been cool seeing where he goes on his tours.

But he is funny. He he...last time I saw him, he was in the middle of his Fox series The Riches, and he came out dressed in that style. Scruffy beard, jeans flannels and all. I've always thought he was very sexy in drag, and he is just as appealing out of it. He was very different this night, it was a small theatre, very intimate and he just walked out on stage withought announcement or fanfare. Some people didn't even know it was him. His show was also a bit different, somewhat low key and coherent, as opposed to his usual manic , stream of consciousness material. It will be interesting what he will do tomorrow, since the show is at Madison Square Garden, I imagine he will be in full regalia, at least I hope so.. I see a lot of comics live, and he is hands down the funniest and most brilliant I have ever seen.

From: Maureen Boccaccio OMG...I love Eddie Izzard. I hope it's a great show. I will expect a full report. I better take notes then, I'm not sure how much I will remember. A couple of girlfriends from college are coming up from DC tonight for the show. They are staying in Times Square. Tomorrow morning, I'm taking Boomer to sleep over camp, and taking the train into The City. I have a room at the Hotel Pennsylvania, whic is right across from the Garden so I can stay over. So tomorrow we'll get in some shopping before the show, and do a little pub crawling afterward. Sunday I have a spa date planned, then my friends are heading home and I'll be meeting up with some local friends at Gallagher's Steakhouse to watch the Jet'sgame. I will undoubtedly be bleary eyed when I pick up Boomer Monday morning.

Always Check Your Child's Homework
01-15-2010 09:41
lol...just received this in a email: From: someone Here's the reply the teacher received the following day: From: someone Dear Mrs. Jones,
I wish to clarify that I am not now, nor have I ever been, an exotic dancer. I work at Home Depot and I told my daughter how hectic it was last week before the blizzard hit. I told her we sold out every single shovel we had, and then I found one more in the back room, and that several people were fighting over who would get it.
Her picture doesn't show me dancing around a pole. It's supposed to depict me selling the last snow shovel we had at Home Depot.
From now on I will remember to check her homework more thoroughly before she turns it in.
Sincerely, Mrs.Smith
