BLEH!

I'm not a big turkey eater. Neither is my dad, so neither of us like Thanksgiving much.

And since we have the niece & nephew at the house the whole week (2 & 5 yrs old) it occurred to me WHY anyone with small kids only seems to be on SL at night!!

My favorite time is their Bedtime!!! :D

It was a fun Thanksgiving. I just got home, went out with some friends, many of whom got high. I didn't and it was pretty funny, talking to people and watching what they did.

One girl said to another, "Come on, let's play cards!"

The other said, "Are you sure it's a full deck?"

"Oh yes! It's got 26 cards, I'm sure. We can play over there."

"You mean 52. There are 52 cards in a deck."

"Oh right! Two times 26 is 52! Good catch!"

me, November 26 2007

Mistress and me some time before December 5 2007 (only pictures I can find on or near November 26 2007 with Mistress are not suitable for this forum).

With Mistress November 26 2009

(there was a point I was attempting to make involving November 26 2007, 2009, but it failed due to forum ratings)

I'm never eating again........I am supposed to meet a friend at IHOP in about an hour, but I dunno.

I went light on turkey yesterday. I did however consume large quantities of prime rib.

I saw the this morning, the 10 most useless phrases currently in use:

From: someone
10. It is what it is
This newcomer is the epitome of an ear-grating phrase that means nothing.

9. It's all good
The inclusion of "all" only accentuates how much you don't mean what you are saying.

8. To be honest
Not only is this phrase usually followed by something best left unsaid, but it also implies everything else you say is dishonest.

7. No offense
A phrase even more insincere than it is superfluous.

6. Whatever
In a recent survey, 47 percent of Americans chose this word compound as the most annoying phrase of all. Meaning you have permission to smack anyone who uses it and isn't a 12-year-old girl. (And it's a close call on smacking any 12-year-old girl who uses the "w" word.)

5. Don't get me wrong
Isn't it implicit in most human communication that your intention is always to be correctly understood?

4. With all due respect
Really?

3. Everything happens for a reason
A completely worthless utterance that probably doubles as a vicious taunt to those who have undergone terrible hardships.

37
Share2. At the end of the day
At the end of the day, you will be preparing for bed. (With apologizes to John Maynard Keynes.)

1. Going forward
Saying this is like announcing your next footstep.

*blushes* I need to put a NSFW tag on my flickr or something like that.

Which leads to note about second blog post on new blog now up, leads to that as it also requires NSFW tag.

(do not have today off, taking it as almost completely out of it (gah, I keep hitting some key or another and I keep ending up in middle of post writing words instead of end writing lettters))

Lexxi was, I suspect, going to mention that I collared her two years ago yesterday.

Pep (Perhaps they were trying to escape the news that the President had pardoned a turkey.)

PS I was surprised; I hadn't heard that Dubya had been indicted.
I don't think former presidents have to be indicted before they are pardoned. Remember Nixon?

I've decided that I am going to repost all my vanity pics in this thread, just to bump up the count, in an effort to try to get it to the magic numbr before I go on my vacation in the middle of December. I'll pretty much be offline that whole time, and would hate to see it happen without me.
Works for me!

This looks like a 1950's era glossy magazine ad for perfume or something. I'd buy what ever you were selling.

Actually, I think it is just the way our av joints get positioned in various poses, often not very realistic or flattering.
So true, Lil. Why oh why can't we have decent avatar meshes?

I would normally get a tighter focus on the last one, but I was including the calendar back there in the picture.
Fab pictures of fab women.
