Pics: Fabulous as usual, but the 2 of Love are especially enjoyable. We need more Love in this thread.

My Dad thanks your Dad, I'm sure. He was a radarman. One of his favorite stories is his experience as part of the team that that tracked Alan Shepherd when he went up the first time. He watched the entire mission on his screen on his ship.
And believe me my dad was grateful to your dad and everyone like him. In fact my whole family have always felt admiration for all our military personnel. Tracking Alan Shepard on his first mission - what an amazing thing to be part of!

the history of their lives and their unity explains why you are such an awesome person! :)
Thank you. I'm a bit embarrassed to be compared to my parents though; compared to either of them, and actually everyone else in my family, I've pretty much always been an underachiever. Luckily things have worked out well for me any way. :D

I just bookmarked these pages linked on Beanie Canning's blog. If anyone keeps a notecard in inventory, for handing out to newbies, they could be useful.

The pages are organised and kept updated by Kiriko Nishi, and as they're on SLMaMe most of the site is in Japanese, but the dates and links are in English.

Free male skins
http://kirikonishi.slmame.com/tag%E7%94%B7%E6%80%A7%E7%94%A8

Free female skins
http://kirikonishi.slmame.com/tag%E5%A5%B3%E6%80%A7%E7%94%A8

Free shapes (both genders)
http://kirikonishi.slmame.com/tag%E7%84%A1%E6%96%99Shape

If you're putting these into a notecard, you might want to add to it that anything preceded by 'hunt' might no longer be available.

So, after my kidnapper and I broke today...I went and did a test shoot for an SL Damsel in Distress Magazine. ;)

The pics aren't naughty, but I won't post them here. If anyone wants to see them give me a shout inworld. I begin shooting on the upcoming issue next week.

Congrats on the upcoming photo shoot! I'm glad the test shots went well. :)

(note: very well, that is; I was lucky enough to be inworld at the same time as Brenda last night and saw the test pics. :) )

Wow, catching up from the weekend... lot's to read!

@Amara...I'm so glad your mom is home, and hope everything goes well. Sending hugs and good thoughts, as well as birthday wishes. :)

@Damien... OMG! I'm so glad your niece and the baby are okay. What an experience!

@Elora... So sorry about your jerk at work. I think Kaimi gave you some great advice (no surprise there). I might bring up the hostile work environment to him as well, in your role as HR. Hugs to you...

and everyone! what fabulous pics! you guys are amazing...

Yikes!! Have you tried logging into the Beta/Aditi grid, letting inventory load and seeing if they are there? Sometimes, I file stuff in the strangest places and dong that helps me locate the general area to look in

*waves* to everyone

Still no luck. Nor any response from LL. (I am a Basic member, though, so...)

oooh. Wonderful.

I was at the Hangout for a short while last night, when spike, and then Love popped in. I was just about to start clicking pictures, when Love asked me what I was wearing with my shirt.

Seemed that, while in my viewer I was wearing jeans, in her viewer (as well as spike's), it was a case of "I see London, I see France....", supplemented by some very nice prim cuffs for the jeans. :o
