Hi folks! What a weekend! 2 big parties, lots of booze, mega hangovers and an early morning this morning. I was scared I'd still be drunk while sat in church but no, just a cracking headache. So- haven't given a mom update lately- here is the latest. Came home for a moment to collect some clothes- she is being paroled today! Has to see her prbation officer (doctor  ) next week, but over all is well enough she can come home So this was a brief update- gotta run back and get her before she walks home!  I'm glad your mom's improving...and I know she's home now (as are you). Hope all is going well. *hugs* |

I think I'm gonna cry. I submitted a ticket bacause I cant edit scripts, I'm on a basic account, but I figured its something they would probably help with. The response: So they're telling me they can't help unless I upgrade - which would be impossible for me at the moment. I've checked everything I can find, and can't find anything about the problem so now I'm stuck being unable to edit any scripts at all. I am so annoyed I dont know what else to say  ack! How strange, and frustrating? Have you heard anything? Any improvement? On a related note....I seemed to have lost ALL my ballgowns/long dresses dresses from Last Call, some from Icing and Blaze. Folders are there...but they are empty. I've cleared my cache, re booted, even re-started my cable modem. |

So tonight I decided to do my part for our boys in uniform and headed over to the USO.I was there 20 minutes before a sailor finally asked for a dance:     Glad you were able to do your bit for our country. |

So I've switched to the Emerald viewer - its the only one I hhavent tried and all the others had a horrible habbit of crashing me hard, so I'm hoping this on works otherwise Im gonna have to do all scripty work on a different viewer. Booo I lost two outfits from Last Call, btu I think that was more because I was switchign them between alts a lot, and I have a sneaky suspicion one of them may be hiding in one of the invs. to lost all though.... ack! I hope they turn up soon._____________________

G'mornin an g'night, threadtopians! I hope everybuggy had a fantabulous weekend! Mine was pretty good, but with a lot of First Life. 'cuz of that, I wasn't able to get lot of inworld time in (I even hadda cancel fireworks this last Saturday - eek!) I did use my camera a few times, though, an here's the results! Hangin' out with my friend, Johnny:  I built this place for a little slip of land in Nova Albion (Miramare, to be exact). It came our pretty okay, but I'm still not totally happy with the result. Still tryin' to come up with something more betterer:  Catchin' up on my Summer reading:  A tribute. I think this shot came out better than my previous attempt:  Still a lot of boxes to unpack at home, but I found the important one:  Have a super week, everybuggy! *waves to Mari* Your posts always make me smile. WARNING! Pep, close your eyes! Vanity-thy-name-is-woman photos coming! I'll be in and out during the day, but I'm leaving tonight for a two-week vacation - back a week from Sunday. I left the keys to my house with Brenda in case the water heater breaks or the pipes freeze. If squirrels get into the attic I will deal with them when I come back. My mother and younger sister (I'm thinking of calling her Six) will be going. I've already been taking notes in case I do start a blog. You wouldn't think that packing could have much room for comedy, but somehow we manage. I couldn't resist getting some new hair before I left, which didn't leave much time for swimsuit shopping. I won't have access to the internet while we're away, so I indulged myself a little. Sorry, Pep. (heheheheh)  ooh...very, very nice, Seven. Have a GREAT time on vaycay! Enjoy, and relax. |

Morning Threadians- Thanks for the well wishes for mom- she slept solid thru the night. We'll see how she is today.. I am concenred because although i work near by I really hate to leave her alone. My son willbe here and of course can call me if needed, also i will come home fo rlunch but... The hspital arranged to have a nurse visit her daily but of course that is not the same as beign here all day. Hey guys- am taking day off to mom-sit. I think she will be fine tomorrow alone with son but i feel better being here toda to see how she handles herself. Yesterday she prett much got home and slept so it was no indication. My bod is parked in SL in workshop but i am not really there so if anyone wants to hi me- bear with delayed responses! Running out to grocery store for kid frinedly meals and stuff so he can feed himself and granny tomorrow- fortunately i work real close by so if the need should arise I will be able to get right home - Meantime - hugs etc to all- argh RL cleanliness and neatness stuff- I am soooo not Martha Stuart! (Going to try and con kid into lawn mowing- husband has been away 2 weeks almost and in FL that is a lot of grass grow time and me just does NOT do man's work!) Glad you were able to stay home today, Amara. I know you'll feel much better being close. |
