I almost always have High Resolution checked, and take a picture using control `which saves picture silently to computer. The bug is connected to having High Resolution checked. I turned it off, or unchecked it and the bug went away, but the quality of high resolution vs. non-high resolution is such that I, personally, need my own pictures to be high resolution.
I always use High Resolution and 'current window' as my settings. However, for some reason I have not been able to use the shortcut without crashing for a long time now, so I actually use the Snapshot window.

Is everybody asleep or something? Why are you all so quiet?

I went looking for coffee and found this coffee fountain at http://slurl.com/secondlife/Blue%20Horizon/106/189/26/

Sorry you got landed with a crappy situation Elora :( Perhaps you should just walk away and find something else? I know that is hard to hear and hard to do but in the long run it might be the best course. Of course you should do what your head and heart tell you but sometimes it is better to cut your losses than persevere in an impossible situation.

It isn't hard to hear at all, in fact, it's what my head and heart ARE telling me to do. Several people in my life have concurred.

The only reason I think I'm sticking it out at the moment, is because Ghosty is also looking for work and having us both out at the same time, is a bit scarey (the place he was working for let all the newbies go recently).

Thankfully, my financial situation is one where I can afford to do so. Would not want to, as that money isn't really for living expenses, if you know what I mean, but it is there. Only problem, is I can't claim unemployment again to help me out, if I quit, so that kind of stinks. It would have at least covered some expenses

I'm going to give it a few more weeks, see if things settle down. I realize it was the first month of doing it all on my own (not even). I'll give this jerk a bit of leeway in hoping that he was having a freakout of his own, perhaps just worried that things might fall apart now that the other person was gone (little did he know all the errors I found and have been fixing, since he hasn't wanted to hear of it - but oh well). If things don't change by the end of August; which will have put me through another entire billing cycle (which is the only job item I'm stressing over - everything else is no problem at all), I do believe I'll have to call it a day (and hopefully, Ghosty will have found work by then too).

Thanks for calling it like it is. I appreciate when people can see through to the heart of the matter and you found it :)

Actually Elora, you can claim unemployment again. You just need to explain the situation and label it a hostile working environment. Give them a call seriously.

I'm such a noob about that! Until this year, I never had to file for unemployment, nor had I ever had to deal with a claim i any office I worked in. Thanks for that tip!

You may have a problem. In NJ, if you start working again, you have to wait to file again, something like until you have earned 6 times or basic rate or something. Also, they will contactyour employer to hear their side of the story as to why you quit, and they can block the claim.

You might have to have a hearing to collect.

Elora, I once had a boss who may have been mentally ill - he was incredibly difficult to work for. Literally everyone who worked for him bailed out in the end.

At the time I read a book called "How to Work for a Jerk" - can't remember any of the details at the moment, but I do remember it helped me. I'm pretty sure I found it at the local library.

Pep (I thought Ghosty had started a new job recently too; didn't work out either?)

This all happened to me a long time ago and my former bosses came to the hearing and just flat out lied. But they still ended up paying for unemployment for me a few months later when I had earned the right amount of money at another job that laid me off.
