@Mari, loving your updates as usual. Um, is it just me, or does Johnny have a big head? O.o Well, he *can* be kinda full of himself some time (kiddin'!), but I don't think that's whatcha mean. I think it's the angle of the piccie more than anything else. _____________________

So many of you threadsters are posting so many wonderful pictures! You all seem to be getting better and better at it. I love seeing them.
... Location: New Jersey (*waves to Brenda*) A Mr. Walker was released from jail after serving 6 years for attempted bank robbery. His first stop...the bank he attempted to rob. The teller from the first robbery saw him coming, and recognized him. When Mr. Walker attempted to rob the bank AGAIN...he was quickly arrested..AGAIN! Doh! Morning Threadians- Thanks for the well wishes for mom- she slept solid thru the night. We'll see how she is today.. I am concenred because although i work near by I really hate to leave her alone. My son willbe here and of course can call me if needed, also i will come home fo rlunch but... The hspital arranged to have a nurse visit her daily but of course that is not the same as beign here all day. Good point! /me makes note to send Mo a Swiss Army knife for emergencies...  Are those Submariner Dolphins? as much as I adore aviators...Submarine sailors are extra cool. ...I'm hoping when I log in tonight that they'll have magically reappeared. ... Nope. His ship was part of an ASW hunter/killer group. He didn't know it at the time, but they took part in the installation of the SOSUS Net.He told me they were in port in Brooklyn and received orders to sail first to Halifax, then up near Greenland, where they spent days just bouncing around, taking readings and stuff. During WWII the army sent my dad to college. Later for his whole career as an electrical engineer he invented and helped invent things like radar devices and encryption computers for the navy. (It was all secret but now we can look up his patents.) My mom was a sergeant in the British Army. She spent most of the war in Italy (after liberation) and she met my dad there later. She said she was just an office manager but she did have some medals... _____________________

(It was all secret but now we can look up his patents.) My mom was a sergeant in the British Army. She spent most of the war in Italy (after liberation) and she met my dad there later. She said she was just an office manager but she did have some medals... My Dad thanks your Dad, I'm sure. He was a radarman. I know. I haz a sad, since the Last Call dresses are irrepplaceable, as are the ones from Blaze (they are not available any longer).  Do a Control P, Network Tab, and find what directory your Cache is located in. If it is in second life\cache - then open the Second Life directory, and delete the Cache directory entirely (while SL is closed). Then come back into SL, and 99% of the time all missing inventory is back. If that doesn't work, tell Spike Linden to stop wearing your gowns and give them back. He is bad about that. |

So, after my kidnapper and I broke today...I went and did a test shoot for an SL Damsel in Distress Magazine.
The pics aren't naughty, but I won't post them here. If anyone wants to see them give me a shout inworld. I begin shooting on the upcoming issue next week.  _____________________

Also...http://www.27bslash6.com/1000characters.html A short time ago, while I was at a hospital gift shop buying something for a friend with appendicitis, I bought a life-like stuffed dog with shiny glass eyes for my son and placed it on the back seat of my car. I went back in to visit my friend and on the way out bought a large coffee to drink on the drive back home. I got into my car and placed the coffee between my legs while I put on my seat belt. I then looked in the rear view mirror, forgetting the stuffed dog, and saw two shiny eyes looking at me from the back seat. My reaction was to yell, tense up and squeeze my legs together sending the hot coffee exploding up my chest and face and covering the ceiling. Angry at the fact I had to drive home burnt and soaking wet, I got out of the car, opened the back door, grabbed the stuffed dog and threw it as hard as I could. Unfortunately it hit another parked car and smashed their side mirror. As it was a BMW, I did not leave a note. _____________________

Have you tried logging into the Beta/Aditi grid, letting inventory load and seeing if they are there? Sometimes, I file stuff in the strangest places and dong that helps me locate the general area to look in *waves* to everyone _____________________
