[edit: *mind -- if anyone would mind. Where is my head? Don't answer that!]

Howdy folks!

I'm at least three days behind on the thread so it's doubtful that I'll ever catch up. I hope I didn't miss anything important and that everyone is doing well.

Now, I'm facing 4 very busy days at work :( and flying off on Friday for a 10 day vacation :D.

We will be staying in Park City Utah, so if anyone has any good ideas on things to see or do in Utah, I'd love to add them to my list.

Sorry about the crazy work schedule this week, but yay on the upcoming vaycay!! Have a great time!

Wow, never seen them before. Its sorta a similar idea, except instead of serving them with sugar or jam, they get put in a sugary syrup and soaked for a few minutes, then you let them cool before eating -or I do anyway.
Very, very sweet, and eat too many and you get a great sugar rush lol but I love them.

This is so awesome, I have to share it. It looks like it would be so much fun to perform. http://videos.komando.com/2009/06/18/african-thunderstorm/ (It gets bonus points if you were a Toto fan.)

That was incredible!!! It really did sound like a thunderstorm, too. :)

I think this is liammax Moleno, doing the strong silent type routine. He did dance earlier, but I thought this made a cool composition.

Agreed....really cool pic. :)

My vanity pic of the day:

Wow....wouldn't that would be a sight to behold! Seeing you hover above the waters...then swoop down. :)

Gorgeous pic, Malia. :)

I've stayed up too late again not wanting to let go of the weekend. With the help of gentlefolks like you, I came out of my shell quite a bit and it was nice. Of course now I have like 50 RL friend requests on Facebook to deal with -- most of whom are too important to me to turn down. What's a recluse to do?

Anyway thanks for a great weekend, forumites. May your dreams be of peace, paradise, and reuniting.

I'm really glad I got a chance to see you...on both Saturday AND Sunday!

*chuckles about your Facebook quandary* :p

Lexxi showed me the Art Box place. She tooks some pictures for me while we were there together, but my internet connection has been a problem all day and the visit was cut short.

I went back tonight and took a picture with the Salvador Dali set.

Here's the original (NSFW):

http://www.essentialart.com/mh/Salvador_Dali_Dream_Caused_by_the_Flight_of_a_Bee.jpg

And the version from Art Box (also NSFW):

It was impossible to get it exactly the same, but the results are pretty good. And the whole idea is just neat.

Oh, that is neat! Great setting for you. :)

Yay! Orange juice! *bounce bounce bounce*

Good morning everyone!

I am so happy that I could drop in on both Chris' birthday party and CX's gathering over the weekend. It was great seeing the lot of you in-world for a change.

From this morning's "Doh!" files:

A guy went into a hotel, and demanded money from the clerk. The clerk reached under the front desk, and pulled out a baseball bat. Our would-be thief thought better of his actions and fled. The clerk immediately called the police. Unfortunately the clerk didn't get a good enough look at him to make a positive id.

Until....a few days later, Mr. Criminal returned to the hotel. This time to thank the clerk for not turning him in! He was arrested a short time later, with the clerk able to clearly identify him now.

Have a great Monday everyone, and don't be this guy. :D

lol...I don't know where you get these goofy crime stories, but they're great. Keep 'em coming! :)

LMAO! i also like the mystery of the black. you have to work harder to learn the secrets, and probably require some hands on investigating to really know.

Are there Poles in those shorts or are they just happy to see us?
