So, a friend of mine is toying with creating art in-world, using RL art for inspiration. Most of his art incorporates representations of noobs - it's his signature shtick.

For example, one of his projects involved recreating this noted scene:

So need advice from you webee techie peeps - i have my TF blog- but was wondering about a website...godaddy is quite cheap and doable but- question.... is website hosting same as domain name? if i buy the domain name- does a website magically come with it? Or will i need a further investment in website hosting (i am aware the actaul website i wd need to build myself-thats another story)

The two are separate but most webhosting organisations will manage the domain name registration for you as well.

You have to buy a domain name and then website hosting separately.

ETA- I get my domain name from go daddy for 15 dollars for two years. I pay 15 a month from Host Gator for my website.

Amara, sometimes your internet provider will give you a little space for free. If you can find it, it might be a good place for you to practice.

here he is-only got one though.The guys sister decided she wanted one,but that's ok with me cause this is like having an infant all over again.:p he only stops cryin when i hold him-typing with one hand here. hard to get a pic of him though-that's a stuffed lion with him.:p
