A diet of beer, coffee, lots of red meat, spicy foods, chinese food, McDonalds and what ever else I can shove down, tends to make one "gassy" at times. I will forever avoid "Crunchy O's cereal". It doesnt make you "regular" it makes you "unstoppable"!!!!!! Was also the cereal responsible for making the people I was with pull over on the highway & jump out of the car, leaving the doors open. Really, really, really, really TMI !!! LOL

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAT MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! as the infamous Jim Carrey once said as he wore a horrid green mask - "somebody stop meh" I saw this recently, and had to stop myself from buying it. It was bad enough my sister told me about that ready-to-bake Toll House batter in the refrigerator section I've been making small batches of chocolate chip cookies weekly.
