Just to keep this as answer forum:
Pens= Black Ink or Blue Ink? Fine Tip or Medium Tip? I prefer black ink with Fine Tips. Found an old old "erasable ink" pen from 80s & it got me to thinking about Pens. And WTF is up with "Gel Pens"?? I dont get the attraction. They smear so damn easy! _____________________

With a feather I automatically grip it at the base of the feather, not lower, so I'm safe. _____________________

Those erasable pens were pretty nifty. OK, here are my choices: Black ink, fine tip, when I am writing letters/notes to people Blue ink, medium tip, when I sign printed letters/contracts/forms Since I am left-handed, gel pens can be disastrous. And..am I the only one whose handwriting has suffered because of computers? (not that I am giving up my PC, mind you!) Good lord, sometimes my handwriting scares me. |

Maybe that's why my handwriting is crap! Been using computers all me life o.o OK, doubt it.. but unless I am actively trying, my handwriting is absolutely horrid. I can't even always read it. _____________________

Blue ink, extra fine. I am particularly fond of Uniball Vision pens. I do like gel inks- the colors are brighter.
I like dip style calligraphy pens although fountains pens are very nice. I have one from www.Levengers.com - love it. Check out their website- it will make you salivate. Good morning Threadies ![]() Argh,,, Monday... _____________________

Moral vs Ethical - Your Thoughts?
05-19-2008 04:00
Trying to un-derail a thread on the regular side of the world of RA - this somehow came up and MortVent Charron was kind enough to agree to move the discussion over here so the OP could continue her/his fruitless venting. The following are MortVent Charron's posts - there was some response but that poster did not agree or disagree to come over here - so they can choose to if they so wish.
Hon, humanity has behavioral/ethical issues because none can agree on what is proper behavior or ethics. Some places it's ethical and proper behavior to clear a plate to show you enjoyed it... and yet in others you want to leave just a little bit to show you were satisfied. Some take offense if they see the bottom of your shoe when you sit, and others they don't. Because ethics also vary with cultures. One culture may see slavery as unethical, yet another finds it ethical to enslave others There are several other areas where ethics vary in ways between regions and peoples. Some cultures find it ethical to swindle and cheat outsiders, but not those belonging to said culture Ethics and morals both are like that Even you have to admit there are countries with different ethical, moral and social behaviors out there. Humanity has fought wars over moral and ethical disagreements between cultures (especially the religious cultures ) Even you have to admit there are countries with different ethical, moral and social behaviors out there. Humanity has fought wars over moral and ethical disagreements between cultures (especially the religious cultures ) Discussion please? What is your take on this? Are there differences between Morality and Ethics? Is it culturally based or is there some sort of innate humaness attached to Morality and Ethics? I'm going to nap - back in a bit ![]() _____________________
