Well --- it is 1:30 am and i am going to bed- last night i was up til almost 4 then got up at 8:30.

I have had a really terrifically awesomeness sort of SL today :) I got in and played with my new fountains til they were perfect and already sold one. I then went and took my very first scripting class and i made a Cube... but this is a smart cube! You pet it and it changes colors- i made Chameleon Cube! (Think I will call him George). Then I built a rather nice fountain with multiple pieces and cascading water at different levels - came out pretty cool. The I went and took a Puppeteer class - where I learned how to make three cubes chase each other! - Now they can all play together :D - Chameleon Cubes on parade!.. So - those were my adventures in SL for a Saturday- OH yeah- and caught a live musician that totally smoked!

Now i am dead and passing out.w

i will now be wanting a puppeteer lesson from you. :D

i didn't know they hosted classes for that. i've been dying to play with puppeteer but can't get myself out of photoshop and some of the sculpty paint programs long enough to learn new, cool, inworld stuffs.

can't wait to see your parading, chameleon boxes.

Absolutely- let me explain it real quick--- u know stop motion animation- how that is done? OK- now u know puppeteer! Exact same thing - three scripts u place in ur prims.. move them.. record them .. move them repeat- play ur done :)

Hi Everyone,

Finally recovered from Valentines Days in SL lol
I have heaps of new Linden bears now :)

Here are the few pictures that Sophia and I took of the forums girls at the Linden Valentine event plus a few of me going plundering on my pirate ship earlier that day :)

I got the pupeteer scripts freebies from SLEX a long time back. I fell in love with them. I almost bought the transfer versions so I could make stuff and give it away or sell.

Plop!! Sweet. Please let me know via PM the details on the classes (where, when, cost) cause I have been wanting to find some good classes again. :D

@ Mac- Will do and the classes are free- there is a new version of Puppeteer that is even easier - just three scripts. After I decide I can make something a little more attractive than George and friends, I might get the full version.The courses are free and I will get u the info on where.

okay, i have used and reused plopp 1000 times and my sculpty textures come our warped every time i upload. i should DEFINITELY go to that class to see if i've been missing some little step.

maybe next time you are free while inworld, we can do a couple puppeteer things together. i have the program in my inventory, but never rezzed it. are the instructions in there?
