So, i am dancing in SL at a club with this piece of beef cake and after a nice chat, he remarks that i only come up to his waist. So i tell him, I am 5'3" in SL, and he says, "you should be 6'0"...and of course his height slider is maxed out - like that is natural. WTF you giants.  How dare him? _____________________

Someone told me I was small I said I was 5ft 6in and he must have been about 7ft 9in.
I actually measure 6ft on an SL height neasurer but that's because the SL foot is smaller than the RL one by about 10% - at least that's the way I look at it. I think some people make their avatars as big as possible because then they look bigger on the RL's computer screen. _____________________

Now i just found out i was too skinny and need more meat on my bones according to a certain dancer at a certain club.
Thats funny though. When i buy prim outfits: Bracelets need to be reduced Anklets need to be reduced Thigh bands and upper arm bands need to be reduce But the prim thong or waist piece always has to be EXPANDEDto fit my hips because its totally inside my av. So thats kinda weird that the average giant has thicker arms, legs and yet thinner waist and hips than me and im 5'3". Proportions....sigh. Im a mutant. _____________________

What's totally cool is it was invented by a bunch of kids and the guy sunk everything into making the kids' vision come true. I was so impressed from what i read on his website about the kids inventing that i emailed the guy congratulating him and telling him how the gus here were having so much fun. He emailed back and told me the story of his son and his friends and how a portion of the proceeds from the sales of the things will be donated to children's charities after he breaks even and he is even putting money away in a trust fund for his kid and the boy's friends for college - It was such a cool story, thought I would share... Mean time- I'm going to get one too cause I am just dying for and excuse to wallop those two!_____________________

Good night. Sweet dreams. Kaimi, I love this picture...so peaceful, innocent. It brings back wonderful memories. When I was very young, my dad built a bookcase unit for the bedroom I shared with my sister, and he included a window seat. It was marvelous...books read; dreams made, games played. The remarkable thing was, he'd never built anything like it before. Oh, he'd made bookcases and shelving from scratch prior to this project, but he'd never done anything so detailed..and he used no books or designs, other than the one he had in his head. We moved from that house when I was 12. I looked forward to the move because I would be getting my own room, but boy...I knew I would miss that window seat. Thanks for letting me think about that this morning! |
