I do fine without having talking parts. ;)

My RL parts do all the thinking as it is. I really don't want them talking for me too. Next thing you know, they won't have any use for me at all. I'll just be a dick and an asshole. I guess this is how all the managers started out too.

Did anybody else find the Hair Fair utterly frustrating?

I understand the sims filling to capacity, and I understand the inevitable lag which will accompany it.

But ffs, why were all the displays so far apart? I usually position myself in the middle of such nightmares, and then cam around and shop that way. It just wasn't happening at the hair fair though... stuff was too far away. I tried twice (the second time with Lexxi), and frustration eventually drove me away both times.

Things were slower. Didn't really notice much lag (reason kept, what twice?, asking if Mistress wished me to find the stall and TP Mistress over). Heh, I notice more lag at home, though that is rezzing lag mostly.

Box also really helped move around. And was fun. Not sure why Mistress got off :)

Don't forget that next week all the labor has the day off on Monday. You will have to do the work of all your laborers! Or take the holiday off. heh

It would be scary if the "lower" talks back.

I thought the "Excite" lowers did talk back.

Edit: Ooops... I see i'm very late with this comment, as usual. :o

It was awesome! I got to meet him, and walk with him and stand hand to hand with him in his "circle of power" ritual he does before he goes out on stage all the while he explained everything that was happening to me and telling me which parts of the show to watch for cool effects. I was able to touch him, smell him, and share in a cool experience with the band. I have a gorgeous poster they all signed. It was an amazing experience.

Heh! My sister knows his parents, up in Mercer County, even tho he claims to "hail from" Ohio. The family business was water heaters or something like that.

When in college, she dated a guy who went to HS with him. Well, one day- when they were older, This now-ex-BF was at a club with a GF. Trent was playing that night. The whole show & afterwards he was hitting on this guy's GF. Junior, being a big H-U-G-E ex-football player & good ol' Farm Boy didnt take kindly to this 'weirdo' putting the moves on his GF. You can figure out what happened next when Trent left that night. ;)

In a way I look at it like this: Be "different" and become somebody, or be "normal" and end up living a normal boring life.

BTW- I preferred Trent's older stuff. Like when he was pissed off at the world. Seems the minute someone like that calms down & takes their meds, the music just aint the same.

Hey Yosef, that looks like a west Texas burger. LOL

Question for the day;
If god didn't want us to eat animals, how come he made them out of meat?

(My apologies to any Vegans passing thru, just joking around) :)

Saw a comercial the other day where the person said they were a meaterian. Then they ate a burger. He said that after someone offered him a taste of their salad (or something like that). Funny and all, but I couldn't help starring at the bun and looking at him angerily. That's not meat! I wanted to yell, but didn't because I do not yell at my television.

...because your television doesn't answer back?

Ya, I'd much rather have th' three months of not havin' to go to th' borin place in th' real world!

An well, it's funny, cuz all us kids are going to HardKnock Academy by choice, even payin' f'r the experience. Never gonna see dat in th' real world!

Doesn't stop us from makin' a big fun on back-to-school day.

Best Mary Janes on th' grid -- an thankoo!

No short buses f'r me!

Mari
I so agree with you Mari, if I could avoid having to go to work and take Winter back to school in SL instead then I would in a moment. I used to hate school too. Liked your picture also.

Good morning to everyone, hope you are all well :)
