A Wyoming hunter goes into the Grand Hyatt hotel in downtown Denver, carrying 2 rifles and 2 pistols. He is not staying there, but Nancy Pelosi is. Everyone freaks, Nancy is evacuated, the guy is arrested. The guy says he did not even know the Democratic National Convention was in town - not sure what planet he is living on since Denver news is broadcast across a lot of Wyoming.

Well the problems getting in allowed me to actually upload my She Expo pictures (yes, shoe, not hair). Of course most of them seem to be of me trying on bikini's to go to that pool party I was going to go from there.

While you guys were Kvetching over being locked out, I went to the Movies and saw "Tropic Thunder". I highly recommend it....IF you aren't easily offended, and like Ben Stiller films. He was great , as were Robert Downey Jr and Tom Cruise, who played what probably he will actually be like in 20 years or so.
The film is VERY Politically Incorrect, just about evrybody takes a hit somewhere, but there were places where it was just laugh out loud funny. The opening sequence, evoking Platoon and Apocalypse Now, with some great Huey action was excellent. |

totally off topic: Macinstosh users...... anyone willing to have a little chat with me re: the different between a Mac vs PC? a practical use discussion, that is. i might buy a new puter soon... i'd love to know how they work. if willing, PM me and we'll meet inworld or something. A new Hunt for your enjoyment:
Rebel Hope has hidden 20 boxes around the store (reddish pink small with a gold bow). Each contains a choker - 10 gold and 10 platinum, each with one of 10 gem stones in it. Rebel Hope does have nice jewelry -- though, personally I think it is the gowns there that are to die for. Jesse's post (159) raises a concern with me I had not known before about the security of this forum and the easy hackability of our SL accounts because of it. I have grown very very very attatched to you all since coming back.. but I have many reservations about posting here under the present mentality of Katt and security issues. I am going to wait and see what the official policies are when they are posted and go from there. There is too much in flux right now and moderating being made up as she goes and that is concerning to me. So, I am taking an official forums break until things are addressed and I see which end is up. I may check back and comment some but I won't be active like I was. Semi-break may be accurate lol. Anyway.. I am over at that other spot. You can reach me there if you need me. Mac won't be in world too much either but my email is hooked up to my IMs so you can get me that way too.
