Boy, I know, Morgaine...

I'm pretty good in Excel and I wouldn't touch that thread with a ten-foot pole. Amara, Kudos for your patience.

:)

I am actually giggling a little- anyone who saw me would think me insane- Soji's pictures moved me to tears just now- so beautiful after the chaos of Outside...

Oh Soji- thank you! God that was marvelous! I want to walk those places- please LM's?

Thank-you for saying so :) Swiss Unicorn was some random island I found while hopping around. I doubt it still exists, or if it does, probably has a city on it or something. Wales, I think, is also gone (it was a set of sims that could be found by putting Wales into the map search function). I think it might be gone because it was linked with a silk creator who moved their shop (I only found out about the silks after I climbed the hill and found a store up there, well one of the hills, it was a four sim place). If still there, look for Wales in map search. All the rest should be findable in search using the names I gave them (like Loco Pocos Island). Because of that, I do not have LM's for them, I think.

I make you personally responsible for the impending burst of my inventory box by informing me of this.

I SO did not need to hear about this. It's surely going to blow up my computer

Back in the day all you had to do was AR (or whatever the word is on the forum) and it would end up being seen by the Mods. There was even once or twice when Strife would say to AR a thread just once. Now-a-days, I do not know. There is some suggestion that only the first poster, the thread starter can "ask" for a thread to be closed now (not to imply that a thread cannot other wise be locked or AR'd).

Soji wins.

Actually it's weird how stuff in SL can move us. I had an experience last night just dodging from one place to the next exploring public builds. I hit the Vietnam Wall Memorial and it reminded me so much of when I visited it in RL, then made me think of my father who I lost about two years ago and how much his service in Vietnam affected me. It was amazingly moving. I probably spent more than an hour there, just going through memories in my head.

Every once in a while, a particular spot in SL hits a very deep chord inside of me. I love that about this place.

but no real reason to close it. the only person having a kniption (sp?) is the OP.

So true. I found, by accident, a build of the Twin Towers, while shopping at one of my favorite designers. She has an outlet at a sim that has a replica of them there. I'm from NY so this really floored me to come upon. Got me choked up and I really found it hard to shop there. TP'd out, and went to one of her other locations. I thought it was a good build, but kind of inappropriate to have stores there for some reason. I don't know, just me I guess since I used to shop there, meaning the REAL WTC, all the time (I lived in the neighborhood).

I figured it out. I hadn't checked the thread because I rarely use Excel, and when I do it's for very simple functions, so i figured I couldn't help.

What a dick. I wish people would stop asking for help, then acting like complete jackasses when they get the help they are asking for.
