Well, good morning.
Note, though, that it's nearly noon here. You'll have to get up earlier.

Just sayin....

Hey Soji, that was odd running into you last night at REC and I didn't mean to ignore you. I was going to join you, follow you in, but was deep in an IM and then I was having issues with the server, crashed and couldn't get back in for several hours :(

I was wondering :) Sorry about your server/crashing. My computer was getting hotter and hotter but didn't die (it likes to overheat and crash).

From Wikipedia, not the best source, but still you better pay attention to those kids Rio :p

"World of Warcraft has also come under criticism for stories of addictions to the popular video game. In June 2005, it was reported that a four-month-old South Korean child had suffocated due to neglect by her addicted parents, who were reportedly at a nearby café, playing World of Warcraft."

It's not my photo, but it is of Puget Sound, where I live, and it looked soothing this morning.

*knocks on the computer screen* Hello...wow, it takes me hours to catch up and then the thread runs dry...

Here is a picture of a time when I took a ride on Trout's biplane over the hangout, shortly before I was hurled off over a sim crossing:

That was pretty fun! We just about had that plane maxed out for seating space. I think maybe one more on the rear fuselage and we still could have gotten it airborne...sort of...

With that many people, sim crossings just don't go right. Still, some of the best times I've had in SL involve airplane rides/crashes out of the hangout.

Puget Sound!! Wha.....?!!! You didn't call it "The Ocean" for once! OMG, you've been assimilated!

What next...hmmm... Aha! The Puyallup is coming up. Once we get you used to that, maybe we'll visit Mt. Rainier.

Help! Washingtonians! I can't do this alone. She's a tough nut to crack. She's eaten at Ivars, been to Pike Place, Ocean Shores and Mt. St. Helens. What next? I'm trying to break her of her Arizonan habits.

Hey! There's nothing wrong with Arizona. Washington is too waterlogged.

Damien, today I woke up and actually WISHED IT WAS RAINING. How insane am I? Maybe it's my brain, hardwired to look for monsoons this time of year.

You might be a lost cause. We can still save her, though. Look at your silly little mound of rocks, lol. It was probably an entire mountain before you dehydrated it. Now it's a little raisin mountain.

(You know I'm kidding, right? I love the time I spent in AZ. I have really wonderful memories and I'd love to go back.)

Tully's is a great idea! We missed Seafair. Wine tasting in Eastern WA is a possibility. A ride on a ferry would be fun. She's been drenched in rain, frozen in snow, fell in a river, caught some fish, etc, so she understands the rather soggy state of affairs up here.

We need something that really defines the state.
