Ok...I made my first trip to Steletto Moody today and here is my review, for what it's worth.

Beautifully Made, no doubt, but stylistically not much that I would wear. A bit overpriced for my taste, but I did buy one pair of the slingbacks, just to have.


so...which color? :)

bah, I could cope with a wedding with no booze, but what about when there is free booze, and you can't drink it?

I have to go to a wedding reception on the 23rd, and because I'm with my grandparents, the alcohol will be off limits to me :(
I'll be the only totally sober one there, looking after all the little kiddies lol.


ooh, sorry Claire.

I like going to most receptions, especially if I know there will be dancing. :) However, I draw the line at receptions held aboard a ship, or rather, a ship motoring along the waterway. I mean, what if I need/want to leave? :p

Shhhh ... hold it down please.

Spent a week at my friends house last night. We spent way too much time trying to comeup with a shooter combintion that would cut the taste of the Jeager. Jeager and Jose Cuervo was an interesting choice. Khalua was a little better. I'm not quite sure I remember what all else we tried.

If you happen to see me today ... shoot me. Please.

Ramen noodles and Perrier- Cures all ills- I thought my crawdads and Jack story was bad- but omg...

Digging through the crumbs and broken bits at the bottom of the biscuit barrel and finding a mostly-intact Digestive biscuit, then turning it over to find it's a mostly-intact *chocolate* Digestive biscuit.

My cup of tea just got ten times better :D

Hm. Lemme think then. OK, one of Second Life's little joys: the creator of my favourite hair celebrated his rezday yesterday by holding a seven-hour BOGOF offer on all his hair and skins. Only one of each per customer, but I had to buy three sets of hair before I decided which one I wanted in a different colour as my freebie. (Already got the one skin that I love most.)

The bf reckons one of the hairstyles makes me look like Armand in Interview with the Vampire. I'm not complaining ;)

ETA: Oh, and Sn@tch put out a new guy's outfit that includes some of the best and softest-looking leather jeans I think I've seen.

Indeed. Didn't Sammy look happy when he won? For my money the hero of the day was Fabian Cancellara. He normally rides with 8 of the best cyclists in the world as part of team CSC but at the Olympic road race he was the only Swiss rider with no team mates to help and he still managed to get the bronze.

imo, this sounds gross. but my friends cut jeager with raspberry iced tea.... *bleah*
