It gets even worse. Due to cultural issues...THERE WILL BE NO ALCOHOL SERVED AT THE RECEPTION!!!!!!!!

Ok...I made my first trip to Steletto Moody today and here is my review, for what it's worth.

Beautifully Made, no doubt, but stylistically not much that I would wear. A bit overpriced for my taste, but I did buy one pair of the slingbacks, just to have.

What sort of horrid culture shuns alcohol!!?? Can it even be called a "culture"? (I'm kidding for all of you who may be involved in cultures that shun alcohol)

Free booze is the only reason to go to a wedding. I wouldn't even go to mine if there wasn't an open bar.

bah, I could cope with a wedding with no booze, but what about when there is free booze, and you can't drink it?

I have to go to a wedding reception on the 23rd, and because I'm with my grandparents, the alcohol will be off limits to me :(
I'll be the only totally sober one there, looking after all the little kiddies lol.

as a mom, i always appreciate the opporunity to get it done early, so it is behind me.... unfortunately, the "sales" don't happen until around Labor Day, so the whole summer - long sales pitch is moot.

some of my hottest boyfriends were found at weddings. for me, that was the only reason to ever go. now, it's obligation and responsibility. ie: have to.

Shhhh ... hold it down please.

Spent a week at my friends house last night. We spent way too much time trying to comeup with a shooter combintion that would cut the taste of the Jeager. Jeager and Jose Cuervo was an interesting choice. Khalua was a little better. I'm not quite sure I remember what all else we tried.

If you happen to see me today ... shoot me. Please.
