I think for my last post I will post a link to a Youtube video of a female bear dancing to Russian music. At least I think it is Russian, it might be Finnish or Albanian or something.

Since deadlines and commitments thereto seem to be as much a fantasy to LL as the rest of SL, it seemed to me that perhaps we need to start a final goodbye thread, before the lock. So my question is: what would you want your final posting to say? Just one post please, although of course you can edit it, and your alts also have a right to their own voice, if they have something different to say. Pep ( . . . but it hasn't!  )No need to be quite so coy as in my past. I just come from studio work and saw this post. Somehow Pep, you're up to tricks again - A special goodbye to you, Pep, you grumpy Welsh git! - I think I loved you despite my entangled tanglements. Maybe one day, we'll sit across from each other at teh River Cafe and something will make us think, "Is it ...?" I will say, I wish sometimes I could have met some of you in real. I think it would have been wicked! I have a Final Post, I'm working on - but "final" anything for me is pretty imposs. If there isnt an opportunity to say a proper goodbye, well, if you're ever anywhere along the Eastern Seaboard or in teh North up to Groenland or Reykjavik or even in teh High Arctic, or if you ever wonder who lives in that tiny Mews flat just off Cheyne Walk, just whistle and I'll come to you, my lovelies. It seems increasingly likely that these forums will soon become history. My own final message would simply be: Goodbye and good luck everyone that has laughed at or been annoyed with my contributions here. I am very unlikely to be posting to any other SL forums, official or not, so if you want the benefit of my particular brand of insight and bigotry the best place to watch out for me is in The Forum Cartel group chat - although I am much less critical inworld. If you are really brave, you can always IM me or drop me a notecard, of course, but don't expect the same sort of response as here in the forums. As for my forum experience, I'd like to offer the cliche "It's been real" . . . Pep ( . . . but it hasn't! )With Butter On It!!! _____________________

I can only say that I owe a lot to those who've helped me over the years, and that I hope in some way I've returned a small portion of that to others when it was needed. Several here have earned my highest respect and adoration, but they'll never hear of it. Others may have moved me to anger or tear, but that's a rope best let go of. I've learned a lot here, much of it about myself. When the dance does finally end, and the house lights come up.. I'll know that my time here was a worthy journey, at least for myself. All that will remain then is passing through the doorway, and letting it be the first step of a new journey.. one I begin more enlightened then the last.
