Wow Jitar, I'm sorry you're having such problems! I don't think your problem is grid wide, so it would be helpful for you to contact support@lindenlab.com to see if we can help you with your specific problem

It is Gridwide, or at the very least, a large number of people are experiancing the logoffs that I am:

As well as the other tecnhical issues

I have already been in contact with support@secondlife.com. Sam Linden's BS answer that one copy of one of my Ties cant be "worn" and the related problem editing the ties are being caused by my graphics renderer only made me mad, and made him and Linden Labs look bad. Perhaps true that I might not see an object because of my graphics card, but that has nothing to do with the fact that the server refuses to let me wear the one tie at all, it wont even acknowledge the command to wear it by showing in inventory in text that it is being worn. I suspect a lot of files, including this tie, were damaged in the patch or the subsequent asset server crash....

MUCH Worse, either he (Sam Linden) dosent know that the gForce-2 video card is the minimum recomended video card (According to the very specs page he told me would say my card wasnt supported), or he didnt really look at all the crash reports from my system like he implied.

Either way, that dosent look good, not good at all. Especially to those of us already looking at dropping their premium accounts because these issues arent being resolved or even acknowledged by the costodians of this virtual world.

And NO attempt has been made to reply about the packet loss that suddenly appeared with the 1.9 patch (and ONLY effects SL, not any other network service or mmorg), or the massive number of disconnects

Jitar--as you know by now, I've gone through a lot of those threads in Technical Issues and replied when I had more info. When more Residents post and fill in details in addition to sending bug reports (inworld, HELP menu ---> REPORT BUG) and contacting support as you already have, it helps us a lot. Having experienced some of the same problems as you too, you are not alone. The links you provided detail several different issues which came up post-1.9.

Heck, I'm gonna reply to some more of those threads right now...

Some of it is still sketchy, so encourage others who've had similar experiences to post too. Some of the problems we have a definite lock on, they've already been fixed internally, and will be released soon. In other words, yes, fixes for problems like these are on the way:

I believe I have fixed this in 1.9.0(18), due this Wednesday. I cannot be sure, because I can't reproduce the problem in the office.

If the system can't find your clothing item for some reason, it will make a new blank one. It used to overwrite the existing item -- bad bad bad. It now keeps the existing one, and creates a blank one in the Lost and Found folder.

Since I can't reproduce it, I don't know if the original item will still work. Please post here after 1.9.0 (18) goes out and let me know.

James

For further details, please keep checking Known Issues.

And I don't know what happened with your tie--but tell ya what, please let me know inworld so I can see for myself. I'm not a tech support expert but maybe I can find out more about what's going on.

I really want things to get better for you.
