From: Tren Neva But its like this. There are risk. We tell everyone that there are risks. Its even on the note cards on the atms. You tell them there are risks, but you don't tell them what the risks are. From: Tren Neva We aren't forcing anyone to do anything, and if they wish, they can withdraw their money and head home or what ever. No amount of debate on what ifs is going to change that. We're not talking about force, we're talking about disclosure. Not about what if's, just about disclosure. From: Tren Neva I can promise you that we won't pick up and run, and if you don't believe me, then thats fine. There isn't a darn thing I can do about that.
And about an earlier post, no, Ginko Bank won't be around in the 2023, and its silly to think it will be around forever. But if ginko bank does at some point shut down, prior notice will be sent out, and all your invested money will be returned to you. Once agian, this is a trust thing, and if you can't take my word for it, don't invest. Is Ginko promising that they will return all invested money if the bank shuts down? If that is the case, what is the risk?

The risk is that some act of god might destory earth, this meaning all your hard earned lidens will go poof. We say risk because of some uncontrollable act that may happen, not that were are expecting something to happen. I believe the notecard on the atms explain more scenarios.

You clearly stated in a previous post that if Ginko went out of business its investors would be paid back all the money they had invested. Is this the case? The risk that the earth will be destroyed is a "background" risk that affects all of us and in no way tells your investors anything about the risks associated with Ginko. People who don't invest in Ginko have the same risk of world destruction as people who do.

Ginko financial reserves

1. Ginko says it has about 10000usd in reserve. 2. Ginko says it is has 2000+ investors. Anyone think reserves of less than 5usd per investor is enough?

From: Maylin Murakami Disagree.. IMO this is an important debate worth continuing... It is but its also a Game if you don't think your money is safe or even trusted don't use it lol. You go to a slot machine do you have a 11+ pages of well I think unsafe to use a casino machine.. I mean if somone went and killed all ginko members lol now don't get mad manegment for that I mean not like will get the money back lol. I just think this waist of mysql space I don't think they use gzip so yeah lots of waisted space lol. You guys need to know its a game with the opportunity to make money and your not forced to do anything.

The risk that the earth will be destroyed is a "background" risk that affects all of us and in no way tells your investors anything about the risks associated with Ginko. People who don't invest in Ginko have the same risk of world destruction as people who do. I don't know what Tren is talking about. If Ginko went out of business, that by definition means we can't pay investors back all the money they had invested (and their profits). The risk is that our investments might fail to generate a good enough return. More than that is private.
