Good point... come to think of it I couldn't find 'Allbeing Master of Time Space and Dimensions' either :( whatta Gyp...

And Juro - I know you only dig it for the latex costume with the huge codpeice...

I'm certain off camera Batman turned to Robin and said 'Does my butt look big in these pants?'

Siggy.

HUGE codpiece.. and how! ;)

And yes.. Robin is/was/will be Batman's little bitchboy. But he loves it so.

heheh A guy superhero called 'Robin' wearing those lil shorts.... whoda thunk it huh?

The only way they could've been more obvious about that one was if his alter ego's name was Phillip McCavity.

And that fixation with the word 'Holy'........

Siggy.

Well, that title was already taken by the creator of this thread. 4 categories for us all. No more, no less. Find your place and sit. If you aren't a doctor, engineer or lawyer, you aren't professional.

Well, first of all, I got 79 people to answer a poll. That's fairly good already for a poll just a few hours into its life, in a land where polls aren't accurate, and don't get answers.

Excellent. We all stand in awe at your ePenus.

After some reflection I'm thinking we shouldn't be making fun of Batman - else some puritanican fan boys arrive... imagine THAT convo!

Fan1: I resent your implication! Robin is NOT gay! DC made Batman and Robin, not Buttman and Throbbin!

Fan2: Damn Skippy there Steve-Dave! Yeah! Stan Lee made HULK! not HUNK!

Fan1: Yeah! He made MAN THING, not ......

(they look at each other sheepishly before slinking away).

Siggy.

Poll Revision
04-20-2005 19:17
If you posted this poll to find out how many were computer nerds, and I include myself in this catagory, but then again I also still think of myself as a professional, and how many people were artists and "other", your poll should have looked more like this...

Computer Oriented
Artists
Other

If you are looking for specific results to a poll, don't include vague options.

If I were interested in starting my own poll I would do just that, but I am not in the least bit interested in doing so. I am merely answering your vague poll and then responding to your responses that if you are not a doctor, lawyer or engineer then you must be in retail. I have a college degree and have taken additional training over the past three years and am expected to accrue continuing education credits to maintain my license, the same as doctors and lawyers. I just don't appreciate your small, narrow minded opinion of what a professiona is and as far as I know classified adds are not considered the experts on definitions, I believe that would be "Webster" as I quoted earlier.

Yes I agree that society is narrow-minded in only highly valuing the work of the professionals like doctors and lawyers and their highly-barred guilds.

It's not my narrow mind, though.

Start you own poll.

And the categories aren't vague, you are either in one or the other. If you don't fit, go to the one with the largest grab bag.

Actually I fit into 3 of your categories. And as I stated earlier about posting my own poll . . . not interested.

I do hardware cryptography - kind of weird, but somebody has to do it. I am really curious to see what the largest percentage of people in SL do in RL.

.

:O

if there is evil serial matching or hardware DRM -- are you the engineer being told to build it?
