Muahahahahahahahah HA!

Everyone knows that it must be approved by the FIC PRIOR TO ANY CHANGES!

Next FIC meeting, you know when, at the Boyz Only Clubz. Wear a dress and a bra. Panties optional. Sheepish grins required.

The most successful software company in the world does a piss-poor job on all these points. Particularly the first three. Why do you expect Linden Labs to do any better?

I'm looking forward to a farcically inflammatory thread that calls for "urgent" reforms despite the forums being a perfectly peaceful and placid environment for the last couple of weeks.

Seth is given the Keyboard of Greater Typography, which awards a +4 hit bonus for all non-quote thread replies where the non-default font is invoked. The Keyboard may only be wielded by neutral-aligned Forum Warriors.

The results are more interesting to me than the thread. Seems like its meant to be a joke, maybe it belongs in off topic?

I was on topic for a few weeks once, but coming down off it was horrible. So I switched to heroin. I hear there's some hot new topic on the street now that is cleaner.

How does a thread like this provide anything positive or constructive for SL?

Answer: It doesn't.

Mm, perhaps not. Though I would venture that it's about as constructive as the threatened, sanctimonious "Forum Reform" thread is going to be.

It's not "threatened." It is planned. I've planned it for some time. First, it got put off cause the forums were crazed. Then it got put off cause I got busy with other stuff.

It isn't "sanctimonious." My daughter has a t-shirt that reads, "If you don't like the rules - change them." In my case, it would read more like, "try to change them." That doesn't make a person sanctimonious OR holier-than-thou. It makes a person who thinks the forum rules could be improved.

Anyway, who knows - you might agree with them all.

Well, change begins at home. Why don't you start with yourself then branch out.
