Today is my 2nd Year Anniversary in Second Life.
Even with the blisteringly painful differences that She and I share now as annimositys towards one another. I have come to the conclusion that this must be what divorced Couples are like. They love to hate one another even though at one time they loved eachother dearly as friends. Im not here today spread animosity nor even hurtful hateful things. For those that Know me <<which echos a funny thought if Catherine Remembers that Know me part>> they should thank Catherine for my Being in SL as she was the one when we used to communicate via email in TSO that told me about Second Life. Thus, Thank you Catherine for Letting me know about SL. That I will always hold you accountable for as it was nothing else other than your suggestion to try it out. LINDEN LABS: Please hire some ppl either from in world who you respect to monitor these forums. These forums give LL a bad name and most ppl don't feel like they can post here without being singled out and reticulated. I'm sorry Jeska but your not doing your job. You cant just edit posts, you need to ban some of these folks. Hell you got some serious stalker here, just look at who's been stalking my posts for over a year now. More so have posted the most vile things to me openly that I never hear in RL. Its really disgusting how it is let to go on this long. To be honest some ppl like me cant take a whole lot of emotional abuse. I have and will continue to leave the forums for those reasons. Pleeeeeease do this. I think the policy, "If you can't say something nice, don't say it at all" should be enforced here. I've seen completely innocent questions get rude and uncaring remarks from arrogant people who think they're so much better than that person. It's just wrong, snotty remarks should be deleted. |

I am not saying that people should taunt anyone for fun, but you have to admit, after several rounds of this, you can't just explain away her actions as her being strictly *sensitive*. I believe instead that all of this is a means to get attention, whether it be positive or negative. I realize I don't have a heavy weight forum post count, but that doesn't mean I haven't been reading the forums. I have seen this cycle repeatedly now, since I joined, and quite frankly, it gets old. While I agree some people are taunting her directly, I honestly believe others are still upset about past go-rounds, and don't accept her coming back all happy and bubbly like nothing happened last time she was vocal, or the time before that, etc. I guess in the end, it's just interesting to me that certain things are defended with a 'oh she wasn't saying hurtful things out of meanness' attitude, and that just rubs me the wrong way. I suppose I should just go back to lurking. It's worked for me thus far. McW _____________________
