From: Viola Bach If there's an automatic mark of respect accorded to all beta users, I must admit that I'm completely unaware of it. Ignorance is bliss, says I. In my meager experience, peeps do react to the Beta/Charter status, but it ain't all good. I've been the target of roughly equal quantities of Beta-worship and Beta-envy. And I could get on quite happily without either. The microscopic minority of the 1500 Betas who made major contributions to the building of this world in the early days should be worshipped as the gods they are. All the rest is bilge. RE: Nostalgia. Maybe it's time for a vote: How often do you visit the Wall to read your own name? I will freely admit that I do that twice a year.

I'm not a beta person.. Close but no cigar. I've met people who thought I was though! hehe.. I blame Cristiano for telling me about THERE before SL though. Of course it took him a year to drag me into THERE from TSO. And we won't mention the 8 months I went missing during that time due to RL issues.  I adore most all of the beta people in SL. I'm so glad you all were here to help shape this world I love!! *HUGS*
