Actually, Most beta members have found their niche. Kinda Like me never letting Fen forget how much I appreciate her teaching me to build back in Jan two years ago.

its a simple Hiearchy any one that joined after me is a Noob doesnt matter what their skills are as far as time is concerned they are a newb. Now on the point of Skills and contributions there are quite a few "NOOBS" that have donated so much to the evolution of Second Life it isnt funny. But to me they are still Noobs think of it like this a Noob is someone born in world after you ...no more no less. Feeling all deflated cause your called a Noob shouldn't be an Issue its when someone starts calling you inflamitory racial slurs and just out in out being stupid is when its time to get pissed off.

So in winding down what did it mean to be a Beta member to me. Simply this when the Beta memembers start to remember the old days I think of a cadre of people that stuck together to see this thing go live and offer it up gracefully for the rest of the world to have. Wether it was good or bad players, Skilled or unskilled, Friends or enemys, we were a family for a short time. That my friends is a bond no matter how much angst, animosity and stupidity happend can never be taken away from any of us.

So what does this mean to the noobs...make your own era memorable cherish the time you have with your friends as they come and go and SL will continue to grow breathing life into this community.
