<When your arthritis and possible tendonitis is much worse than it was a week before joining SL.>

<When your create a comb in SL, and realize nobody in SL ever needs a comb.>

<When you're working on a script for an object in another game (In my case, The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind), you get an error, and suddenly you realize you were using LSL instead of the other game's scripting language.>

<When you find yourself sitting there looking at your PC's mainbox and wondering how many prims it would take to re-create it in SL.>

<When you do that last one for pretty much everything you see in RL.>

when you have nightmares about returning to sl after downtime and that trash is all over your land... and then wake up and go to sl first thing to make sure everything is ok

when you *actually* consider changing your rl name to your av name

When you are asleep and the phone rings and you answer it saying " I AM TRYING TO TELEPORT BUT I CAN'T -- TP ME AGAIN!!"

When your at a strip bar in RL and find yourself wandering if the hot ass dancer is a male or female in RL.......Then your thoughts drift to whether or not her clit is set to silent.......

LOL. Thank goodness I know that a person is calling my attention when they call out "Aodhan," that's because it's my ID in another game and message board and I became a public figure there, so that's what they call me at eyeballs.

And no one else in this country walks around with that name.

You've been playing SL too long when a friend has the same body and skin as you and you get pissed off at her because you think her ass looks better than yours.

When you find yourself talking to someone in RL about someone is SL like they know what your talking about.. lol I was talking to one of my girlfriends on the phone and squeeled "Oh so and so are getting married tonight I need to buy a dress" Haha she thought I had a secret ring of friends I excluded her from meeting and wanted to go shopping with me Of course when I expained it to her she thought I was the biggest loser ever haha

When you see a grey-haired old man walking down the street wearing a grey suit, you think to yourself - 'Hell, he's taking a long time to rez'

Jeepers yeah, and why shouldn't web pages zoom anyhow? Did it last night and then it all clicked, that between eating sleeping and working (when not already playing SL at work), it really is a second life and I'm clocking up more hours by the hundreds in SL than I did playing quake and playing GTAA - in just a few months.

And at night it's all about build build build build build in my sleep.

Now people are praying, not to go to heaven when they die, but to be reborn in Second Life...

When someone is talking to you in RL work about how they've got (some number) of businesses on their database, and that these businesses will have some advantages as a result in a program they're writing to give to end users, and you catch yourself just about to ask "isn't that a bit FIC?"

You know you've been in SL too long when...

Couple months back I'm driving thru my apartment complex's parking lot when I saw a car door...this might not sound unusual to you, but it was indeed a car door, "disembodied," as it were, leaning up against a motorcycle....and the first thought that passed thru my mind was:

"Gee, I guess whomever built that first started to build a car but then changed his mind after building a door and said, 'Naaaah. Ya know what, I want a motorcycle instead!'"

Or.... someone littered prims near his motorcycle!

Isn't that a sign you HAVEN'T been in SL very long? lol
