Hi Business,

I am not a troll, just a passer by reading this thread. Just thought I'd pop in and give you a big HUG. Regardless of the subject at hand (which I have already forgotten...scrolls up...oh I see it)....regardless of the subject, you are holding your own and you've got one hell of a backbone there.

Keep it rockin!
Mad

Naw he has a lot to learn if he wants to be a first class troll. :)

Take a minute to decide why you are here, and you will get the answer.
A. Productive discussion about the situation.
B. Moronic comments.

I've not seen any A so far from anyone in this thread.

Anyone.

Then you haven't read all of the posts. I figured out he was entitled to fair compensation and encouraged him to pursue it and all he did was to attack me. Go figure.

I simply dont understand how anyone can DEMAND somethig they arent entitled to!!! Signing on SL we all agrred to the TOS and CS. And they clearly states its not something anyone is entitled to.

I will nominate this thread as the dumbest one of the year so far :) But Im sure it will be oudone :)

Business,

If you genuinely feel sleighted for interruption of service, I would advise contacting Linden Lab directly. While there are specific clauses in the TOS protecting them from liability for downtime, the issuing of credits for extended outage is not without precedent. However, if you are simply demanding credit for the short time that the system was unavailable due to power problems, I am not sure you will be able to make much of a case. Nearly all online games have weekly maintenance windows where the system is unavailable, sometimes for half a day or more. The minor amount of time SL has been down comparatively is very small. It is a difficult case to make that you deserve prorated credit on a 9.95 a month fee for a few hours of downtime, but not an impossible one to make.

Why not? You derailed this thread all by yourself because you did not agree with people giving you hell over 16 damn cents worth of uptime. My goodness, you certainly seem to have some entitlement issues.. Have a nice day :)

Sorry but the trolls have taken over.
What is your point in trying to redirect legit discussion?
I've stated that this thread is over thanks to the trolls.
There is really no point continuing.

Idiots will continue to troll. I just watch them keep at it until this thread closes with the exact comments I foresaw they would make like we're not supposed to know what they are doing. LMAO!

Is that it? LOL. I doubt this will be over anytime soon. Might as well keep it up.
Doubtfully more will eat this next one.
Because I'm really not convinced. Try to say I'm the troll again? Perhaps if you say it enough times, you will convince yourselves.:D
