What I'm saying is exactly the same thing. We all pay taxes, so if I'm late to work because someone
else got into an accident on the road I drive on every day, I should be compensated for that time I lost sitting in traffic.
It's the same thing as what you're doing in this thread.
It is not the same thing. It is 2 situations that cannot be any more completely different.
1. You are paying taxes because you have no choice.
This is the single huge factor that cannot be overlooked. I do not see how in the name of all sanity you could say that these
situations could be in the slightest sense similar much less exactly the same.

Of course.
Demanding compensation does not mean they will give it to you, but it will show how responsible they are.
Reality is that most places are just not so legitimate.
Sure anybopdy can have downtime. The difference is that a fully reliable company will take action to compensate their
patrons. Normal companies are not so fully reliable. Therefore, we do not expect much from them. What was your point exactly?
