I saw this post and I have been doing some thinking about how I would pull it off myself. Think of it like this, I make an item out of Eric Lindens full perm items (changing the scripts to do what I need to, but maintaining creator as Eric), put them into something silly such as prim shoes, and offer them out as freebie shoes. Somebody wears one, the hidden scripts inside activate. This way, the owner would be whatever poor fool wore my shoes, and creator remains as Eric Linden.
Hmm, interesting.
