Alternative to Gor

Basic outline of the system is availible in a notecard now. It's a rough draft. Figured I'd say that here since some people aren't watching the other thread, but posting anyway.

The way this thread is going, it sounds like we need Shadowrun with more animal types and dragons.

How about Elder Scrolls Morrowwind/Oblivion with some Shadowrun and Fallout?

Isn't Liberty RP a good alternative to Gor? Don't know if someone's mentioned it.

I voted Cyberpunk, which could easily be mixed with post-apoc Mad Max style stuff. Could even throw in them dragons. Fantasy doesn't mean fake dark age europe')

I'm not interested in RPing myself, but I do like the flavor these different "cultures" bring to SL. Lately, the Victorian RPers have been refreshing. I'm aware there are D/s ageplay components among them, but it's mostly kept beneath the surface in a pretty good simulation of the period they're emulating. I'd like to see more period/historical RP from various cultures, allowing for all those eras to mash up in a big postmodern gumbo

For me, it's not any particular subculture or memeset that makes SL interesting, it's how we all interact.
