A single failed teleport triggering the throttle is a bug, and I opened an internal jira for it today. We'll start testing work-arounds on Monday. Thank you Dante, and thank you also for fixing search. You rock! |

That message usually means that particular computer has been banned from SL access. The only way to find out why and get it fixed is to contact support.

I have been trying to log in all day today and it tells me login failed the system is logging you out right now, your account will not be available until 2009-08[05 1[9:21:42 i wait and i still get the same message but a different time my friends tell me i show i am online but im not and if i try with a different avatar i can get on please help thanks

Anyone have any idea what is up with the 1.27.2 roll? No announcement, no notice.. Sounds like somebody found a hole in something LL really doesn't like holes in. Permissions, L$ or security.. _____________________

The release notes for 1.27.0 say:
"Changes to inventory APIs and back end to improve reliability and performance * Note: these changes will be enabled in stages after the full 1.27 deploy is complete" Its possible the restart is related to that, but it would be nice if they said why or provided release notes for this version. |

There's also support for the old viewer that ends today or yesterday.. I can't imagine they'd need a rolling restart to start enforcing that, though..

They'll have to take my 1.22 from my cold, dead paws. No way I'm going to 1.23 until the bugs are fixed and design flaws rolled back. If you wait for them to fix all the bugs, your paws will likely have since turned to dust... _____________________
