Artist Robin Wood owns Practical Magick at Serenite. Her website links to her products in SL, but seems to be down atm. Who is this Drew Carey you mention? Is that one of your young people's rock and roll singers I hear on the wireless, or a cinematography actor of some kind? New host of that USA television series "The Price is Right."  He signed a 75 year contract to be the new host. The NFL record for the longest field goal ever kicked was held for many years by a guy with only half a foot. He used a special shoe. I can't remember his name, and I haven't the faintest idea why I have that piece of information stuck in my head, but there you go. Maybe he's famous and in SL? His name is Stumpy McGee or FootlessJoe Jackson or something. I read that particular bit of information the other day in the Onion print edition. Something like 64 yards. There is a player who had kicked one for 63 yards this year. _____________________

What, do you live in a box, Sally without one actually, seeing as a television is also referred to as a box sometimes  yeah I guess so huh /me checks the lovely plywood or I'm just not into the fame thing, or into the wrong fame thing, or something. I like the famous people I know in SL though, met lots of great musicians _____________________

On a late night talk show about 1 year ago, I saw actress Sharon Stone admit that she is part of a "virtual community" of women friends that get together and hang out and dance, partake in discussion groups, etc. When the interviewer asked her what community she said something like, "Well, I get to be someone else in this place so I don't think I'll tell ya that". I was like, "OMG, Sharon Stone is in SL!"  I'm still trying to find her.  _____________________

Yes there are very famous people in SL. But outing them would cause them distress, ruin their experience or just send them to an alt in disappointment. Have I got proof? Yeah. ... lol i'm sure there are famous people here, and that they live as discreetly here as they do in RL. [Which means, Derbor, that yes you CAN be Bill Clinton in SL, because if he were here we'd know it already!] Personally, I shudder whenever I see a 12-year-old girl AV in pigtails, 'cause I am very sure that one of them is Bill O'Reilly. _____________________
