Haven't seen them mentioned yet, but I like Jeepers Creepers for men's shoes.
My man picked up a nice vintage suit at 1-800-Betties, and found a few nice things at Simone. We've both drooled over Blaze. AnnDe's Designs also has some pretty decent menswear. Oh - and Adam n Eve.
On the whole, there is a lot less offered for men than for women, but I don't know that the quality is any worse. But for some reason bad men's clothing looks worse (to me) than bad women's clothing.

I just started SL a few days ago. And indeed, tough to find guys' nice clothings. Even freebies one. The girls have so so much more!

Have to second Nic on these selections. My partner has exquisite clothes and most of our male friends are equally well-attired and the above places are where many of the outfits are purchased. Jeepers Creepers has some of the most realistic shoes I've seen. Blaze and Rebel Hope are excellent. There is also a shop in Babbage Square that sells excellent quality Victorian men's apparel.

Thanks. Wild Things is still around, though they are vastly different. Made the store much smaller. Bare Rose is not going anywhere. I think all of them are still around, though they may have moved. Try searching for them by name rather than using the landmarks given.

Also keep in mind the views and opinions expressed in this thread are highly subjective, as everyone has their own sense of style (by and large) and (also by and large) what women think looks good on a guy isn't always the same as what the guy thinks looks good on him. I've seen many men's outfits that women have thought looked great that have made me cringe and go "No F%^&in' Way....". I've also seen guys in attire they thought were pimptasticly delicious, to which I had the same response as before. Conversely, some of the outfits I wear no doubt make people stop and ask themselves if I'm some sort of crack head, and/or colorblind. My advise would be to stop looking at outfits as a whole, and to start cannibalizing bits and pieces from here and there. Like the pants from one place but not the shirts that come with them? Buy it anyway and match it up with a shirt that goes well with it. Don't think those shoes look quite right, but think the boots are good? Get 'em and slip them on under a pair of jeans you salvaged from another store. I've bought sets of clothes I knew I'd never wear, just because I liked a piece or two in the set, and either gave the other pieces away, or buried them in the back of the inventory somewhere. Men's clothes as a whole don't really suck. But trying to find a good range of clothes you as a individual feel comfortable in.....that's an experience that can suck major ass. Of course....all of this is just my opinion and I could be completely off base here.

From: BryanChung Destiny how about guys hair? Guys hair is difficult unless you want the short, spiky club-guy look. There isn't a lot out there. My favorite is by Virtual Creations, but they only have a couple men's designs. HCT has a few nice ones as well. Rocker is a good one. I'm not sure if you would search Here Comes Trouble or HCT, but you should be able to find it. I've been looking at dreadlocks recently, but I haven't pulled the trigger yet. I just figure I have to dress conservatively and keep my hair short in RL because it's a requirement of my job. In SL, I'm going to let it all hang out and really have fun.

Come on guys, how do you expect to attract the ladies if you look like a noob in freebie wear. Drink your buddy's beer for a weekend and put a little cash into buying some Lindens. Upgrade your look. If you can't care enough to spend a little time on your look, why would a lady care enough to spend any time with you?

K, gonna do a shameless plug. BeWear Menswear has quality, affordable clothing. I'm interested in creating the outfits men want in SL. Please feel free to IM me in world, and let me know what you want, even refer me to examples, and I'll be happy to give it a try. I know the OP was looking for copy/mod clothing, and mine, most of it, is trans only. My reasoning for that is if I sell you a modifyable outfit, then you only need one outfit in sl, and you can Mod it to suit your needs from day to day, and add to that a copy function which means you can make as many copies of it as you like, then mod as you see fit, and for the price of one outfit, I'd provided you with an entire wardrobe. Of course I can't charge the price of an entire wardrobe for that one modifyable, copyable outfit, because no one will buy it. If I make my items trans only, then it can be purchased as a gift. I'm happy to mod outfits for people as in adjust length and that sort of thing and I guess I should put a note in my items about that so my customers know. This thread has also made me aware, as a designer, that I need to offer different pants leg options in my packages, perhaps a boot cut style for cowboy look and a flare leg for the rest of the time. To provide my idea of perfect customer service, I need to listen to my customers, problem is, no one's talkin so lets hear what you want in Men's clothing. And remember, BeWear Menswear, in the clothes sim, slurl in my sig below

From: Jackson Racer Pants - Relax bracelet - Bro Gear or Mahej <~~~ sorry not sure on the spelling of that one. Not in World Thanks for that. But the search for "Relax" came up with lots of results. Can you give me a more specific name for it? And as for "bro gear", no shop result came up. With the help of you people here, I am slowly beginning to piece together ny appearance better. I was looking at the other Top 5 tips for newbie and I came across: http://www.mermaiddiaries.com/2007/01/day-117-guy-for-day.htmlIt was talking about this "Nora Skin" for only L$1. But I cannot find it at Sarah's anymore. Does any knows where I can find this? And can kindly recommend places for skins and shapes too? Yeah affordables one. =D Thanks so much.

I think it may be listed as * Relax *. But just use the SLurl above and you'll be okay.

I recently received a gift of some from BareRose that I like. Redgrave has some that look nice; I don't remember the price, but Redgrave's clothes tend to be rather expensive.
