As Milla says, it is possible to set your parcel to "access by age verified accounts only". This is NOT the same thing as having an Adult maturity rating for your region, and it is not sufficient to allow the land owner to have public, advertised adult content there. A lot of landowners haven't realized this yet.
If you want to access a parcel that the owner has restricted in this way then yes, you need to use the Aristotle age verification process. However, age-restricted parcels are a VERY small percentage of the grid.
To access Adult Content, you must be ACCOUNT VERIFIED. You do that by being PIOF *or* age verified. lol - no wonder it so confusing to the general populace!

. At the moment 80% of the Grid is Mature....had they done a PG / Mature split or 85%/ 15%.......it would have meant sex establishments still being dispersed throughout the majority of the grid.........LL wanted to hide it, hence Adult & Zindra!

I'm just saying it would have been a much more successful move and less would be affected as far as their market being split in two..actually the adult rated has been cut off of 2/3's of their market now that there is a 3rd option in the search.. sure it was about cleaning up the grid.but they didn't say that to the people.. their sales pitch was..you will reach your targeted audience much better now that they know where you are.  ok lets open up the world map..hey where is this new continent anyways? oh it's way way way over to the right.. in my opinion it was setup to thin down that stuff more than to help it.. |

Agreed Ceka.....it's all messed up. I'm glad in a way that i don't provide Adult content.....i think I'd be majorly pissed off one way or another!
