What are you thankful for?

I am thankful for having the best year of my life, for making the connection to the one person in the world that I truly love, to have asked her to marry me and to have her accept me, but most of all, just to have heard her laugh!

I am thankful for all the experiences we shared in second life and real life, from exploring the Caves at Rua in SL, to looking at rocks from the tiniest fleck to the wonder of the Grand Canyon in RL (that changed my perspective on a few things!).

I am thankful for all my pasts, the great opportunities (some of which I took, some of which passed me by). I am thankful for having loving parents that showed their joy in my success (but sad that they were not around to see me marry the most wonderful lady in the world).

I am thankful for all the support that these forums give to people, as it reminds me why I joined SL, to learn and to share, not restricted by the boundaries we can sometimes place upon ourselves in RL.
