First it's Neva Naughty and second, they have a number of moderator in the place pretty much all day or if not, should there be any hint of a child avatar or other griefer or disruption, the dancers or other staff will pretty much instantly call a moderator and it's taken care of. I have never even so much as seen a naked child avatar in there.

So it wasn't there anyway. Besides, why let facts get in the way of a good story.

Indeed, I did say I should read the article too. I was typing from the hip before reading it and the article didn't suggest that the reporter found child avs in there. What was incorrect though was the insinuation that it was wall to wall, every conceivable act going on. That is NOT the Neva Naughty that I know. Journalistic sensationalist crap at best. Still, if you print it out you could use it for toilet paper.

SLNameWatch says that the last name Tomsen has not been available since 2007-07-28, so I would think that the "journalist" who wrote this did so based on experience well over a year old.

In which case, I would say their experience -- flawed as it is -- seems what one would have found if one was a newbie comign in and looking for scandal. Also tells me he probably got his account not long after the first Sky News scandal piece. Hmn... wonder what their join date is?

Unfortunately, the truth is that as long as there's one attachment point open, people are going to stick a penis on it. Animations can be made and played over pri4 AOs. I've been told people use sex animations meant for IoW dragons with my own dragon avatars, which don't have the same joints, so the animation breaks the avatar horribly - they still do it. My method is to state quite clearly that my own SL is PG, and I'm not going to make or endorse anything above that for my works.

My small quad animals (roughly the size of an average tiny) are in a cute style and are often mistaken for cubs, and the buyers frequently use them as such. Despite that, combined with the aforementioned "everything needs a penis" mentality that is so widespread, I've never heard anyone complain. I don't know, but that may be related to my reputation for the fact that if someone shows up in my store or on my land with their family jewels on display, they'll be told in no uncertain terms to put it away or be baninated.
