I have never seen a stated rating for the forums, and so, according to that, it's PG.

(Not saying that your av is bad..I love it, personally, just pointing out that it does indicate the forums are PG)

Hearsay, the Community Standards say SL is an Adult community. Facts please :).

There is only a single statement referring to PG:
Names of Residents, objects, places and groups are broadly viewable in Second Life directories and on the Second Life website, and must adhere to PG guidelines.
