The only sad people I see are the people who insist on adding visual clutter where none is needed and seeing just how much they can get away with dumping on their for sale parcels.

I haven't seen any of that, and I did look at the sim that 3ring pointed to.

Phil... you "sell" them to the big real estate marketers, who give them away as an incentive for people to buy land off them....

I can pretty well guarentee many will not be used at all... so all profit for you.. and the others the people will probably spend much more then 1K .... so win win for you.

I read there are something like 3 billion US dollars in unused gift cards out there... why do you think its so popular now a days.
