Why so many whorish types?

Oh I agree that most all the places I go, woman are the majority.
Funny thing I was at a card shop last evening getting some items for valentines day and there were by far more women then men there too. Not at all like the RL scene I witnessed at the local convince store’s card section.

I would think the majority of shoppers in the Valentine's card section on Feb 14th are men.

While the majority who shop in that same section at the end of January are women.

I don't much like the term whorish either... but honestly for me SL is a place to be something other than who I am in RL. I would never dress in a revealing skirt nor walk like my AO has me walk, but in SL its fun to be something different. Ok, maybe whorish or slutty is what I'm after sometimes - why is that so bad?

It doesn't mean I'm fishing for sex or that I am making any kind of statement regarding women. I just think in this life we should be free to express ourselves a bit more without the same negative connotations we might have in RL.

If SL turns into the same thing RL is, I'll be checking out immediately. I don't need two RLs.

Has it ever occurred to men that ask about the sexual preference of SL women that when they say "I'm a lesbian" it's code for "I'm sorry, but I'm not going to go pixel-bumping with you"? This way there is no further debate possible.

Something can also be said about all the whorish male avatars like me. And I would hope they would not be negative things. The human race is a sexual race, and we would be doing ourselves an injustice by denying and stifling our sexuality. Everyone needs an outlet, so I say, live and let love.

BTW, I have been on nude beaches dancing nude, or in clubs with nude contests ECT. ECT. In SL and in RL was raised in a nudist colony as a child in the US and never had we had any crime or sex offenses in there, what is the big hairy deal about a birthday suit anyway?

To the OP, if nude women annoy you, you can mute them and ignore them. As far as men go that walk up to you with their dead wood pointing directly at you, I am polite to them and say "that is really not appropriate here, you may want to put some pants on". Believe me, most of them appreciate it, and cover themselves up promptly. Believe me, we have all seen a naked avi in sl one place or another. Some of them just may not realize that others find it inappropriate for the area that they are in. It doesnt bother me one whit.
