cali Halostar Cali, First, turn off your CAPS LOCK. Typing in ALL CAPS is the internet's equivalent of shouting, and many people consider it rude. Second, see the Texturing Tips forum. You'll find lots of information there about how to make clothes. Third, most people use Photoshop or a similar program to create or tweak clothing textures. You should consider taking classes to develop your Photoshop skills, or at least work through a couple of books of tutorials. Fourth, it is WAY too early to open a store! Wait until you actually have stuff to sell. It will take time, lots of it, to develop a clothing line.

ok thanx Lindal, but how do i make a pretty pic of how my region will look like from the air? do i have to get photoshop? if so what version of photoshop cause i know photoshop isnt cheap so iwanna get the right one the first time  and how do i learn how to do it? and he ow ns 40 plus regions . wow that has to be full time job . wonder if desmond works a rl job. i mean i wont know where to start as far as making a pretty pic of how my region will look from the air? and what is "mini-nation of Caledon is comprised of around 40 regions". |

i know nothing of 3D graphics and dont own photo shop . go smell your self .. i think u all just dont wanna give out this info cause of competition . that is what it sounds like , i may never even try but i wanna know how to do it .. anything wrong with that?

ty Jesse im not a minor im 43 yrs old . i have a rl job that im at right now. full time . and i dont spend my time .. spare time messing with forums. i just want to learn is all , i know i do sound under age at times . i have been told that before but i am computer noob when it comes to technecal stuff . maybe that is why.. most ppl think one should know this stuff like riding a bicycle . i happen to be one that doesnt. and am grateful for forums like this to help. sorry for all the noob childish questions |

Photoshop is one program that will do it, yes. If you can't afford it, a free program called The GIMP will do the job too. Either one has a significant learning curve, and there are tons of classes and books available. You asked how many regions Desmond owned. His estate is known as Caledon, and it is made up of over 40 regions. Caledon is a "themed estate", which means that it has a unified look and feel, and has a lot of pre-built infrastructure (as opposed to many other private estates which are just flat regions divided up into 16 square parcels). Caledon's theme is "Victorian Steampunk". If you don't know what that means, take a look at http://www.girlgeniusonline.com

ok im gonna buy a premium account ppl i have decided. my question is. u get free 512 but it says if u was a previous land owner u cant get the free. i did rent a quarter sim once does that count? or do they mean have a premuim member ship and own land? i have never had a premium member ship. and do i have only so much time to buy the free land before it goes state mate? or can i pay for premium and buy land when i feel like it and still get the free prims? |

That's only back when the First Land program was in place. That no longer applies, because you can't get the "free" (actually, L$512) First Land any more. The 512 square meter premium tier bonus is an ongoing thing, you get that just by being premium. Where are they still talking about the First Land program? |

What that means is that you are allowed to own 512 of land for free, without paying tier on it. You still have to buy the land, but it will at least be tier free. This is actually a very good deal since tier is the biggest cost of owning land.

That is the best tier deal, you now will need to buy 512sqm of land which the tier you have payed for 1year, in a years time you pay another 72usd unless you get more land in the meantime. You can also set up a group and get an extra 51sqm without needing to pay extra tier prices. |
